Works great, if you buy corn on the cob that a bit dried out. This steamer really helps improve the flavor and texture. Great for steaming shrimp and crab legs.

I'm no chef, but even I can use this steamer. It is easy to use and seems sturdy enough my needs. So far, I've only tried shrimp, potatoes, broccoli, and corn on the cob. The healthful meals counterbalance the pizza on other nights.

Pros: Very attractive appearance , works well, flexible setup, delay start option works well and is really useful! Cons: smaller than my previous steamer (I have to use both baskets stacked together to get enough height to steam artichokes so I can't do artichokes and rice in separate baskets at the same time like I used to), the stainless steel exterior warped just slightly from heat after just a couple uses, it's noisier than my old steamer, and the wide rim on each plastic basket adds little utility but takes up a lot more space in the drawer I store it in.

One of the best products I have had, you can schedule your meal since early in the morning with the timer, it even manage to cook a stake, it is easy to clean by far the best food steam there is

Easy to use and fast. Refilling steamer when required, could have a better design, the refill slot is small, awkward and takes longer than I'd like. Making spills easy when refilling. After getting familiar with the steamer, it's easier to just steam your food and avoid refilling. For the most part, your food should be ready before it runs out of water anyway [Roughly 40min of steaming food - should still have water]. For my purposes, I steam for 20- 30min. If I need to steam something else, I just remove the top and fill it back up [avoiding use of the small slot]. Just be careful of the hot water when removing the top. Also, some of the flavour in the food does fall into the steamers water compartment. If you don't want to mix flavours, then it's a good idea to change the water before steaming something else. Cleaning is simple. Clean as soon as you've finished and nothing should stick.

Steamed rice is much better than cooked rice but there is a little water leakage (condensation) that needs to be wiped up after.
