It does work...but it takes time
This product does work. Once you notice a damaged area of lawn you should apply as soon as is possible. Read the directions. Hit the damaged area with the product for 10 seconds moving the sprayer around the spot. After flush the same area with water for another 10 seconds. More time maybe needed for very large spots. You should see the lawn encroach on the damaged area over the next 2-3 months...yes months. If you need a faster recovery remove the dead lawn, apply lawn seed and cover with a .5" of garden soil. Keep wet for a couple of weeks until the seed germinates.

Arrived broken and mostly empty, box wet with product, no refunds or exchanges allowed, so I’m just out the money.

If you get the spot fairly quick it works pretty fast. If not it takes a couple applications but works wrlly

Sorry, It didn't work for me.
You can spray this stuff all you want, but the dog still pees in the same spot and it didn't help in my situation.
