I'm beyond happy... impressed...excited....
Let me get the very small negative out first, before I gush all over how happy I am that I made this purchase! My only complaint is that damn foot pump! It really is a good workout for feet, ankles, honestly, muscles I didn't know about in my calves! It does take a decent amount of time & some serious ankle/foot strength to pump this baby up! That said, I used it all day long today, as my new office chair! 1st, (& this is absolutely not a negative on the product, but it is a "shame on" me moment) I had no idea how bad my posture was until I was about 3 hours into sitting on my yoga ball - I had to take some ibuprofen to help with some upper back & neck pain. However, the overall benefits once my body gets used to... well... correct posture, are more than worth the small amounts of discomfort I already anticipated in beginning! 2nd; how freaking awesome this is! This doesn't just engage your core, it engages your back, neck, shoulders, & legs as well (unless you get the stand thingy - which I don't recommend if your goal is to strengthen these areas for better posture & less back/neck/sciatica pain)!Plus, I have poor lower extremity circulation due to Lupus - diagnosed with 18 years ago, & something called "POTS" (just recently diagnosed, so I am still learning about it); one of the crappy things about both diseases is poor circulation & edema, which I get in my lower extremities! It sucks because I'm a small person (5'4 & 122lbs), so swelling in my calves, ankles & feet can be super painful! Or, at the very least, incredibly uncomfortable! (Again, this is my first day using my yoga ball as my chair, so time will really tell) By the end of my work day today, I noticed some mild edema, but nothing compared to what I've been dealing with up to this point! I can only attribute this to my legs being continuously engaged for stability (which is another reason I don't recommend that stand thing)! I also did not feel much pain in my lower back or sciatica when I'd get up from the ball to help a patient! Annnndddd, I actually had a moderate amount of energy which kept me in a very positive mindset the entire day, but more importantly, after I clocked out to head home - it's been a few years since that's happened!I can only foresee amazing results stemming from the use of this yoga ball, verses the use of a crappy office chair! At this very moment, I'm extremely happy I bit the bullet & made this purchase! I've literalky been back & forth about purchasing one for roughly 3 weeks!I absolutely recommend EVERYONE retiring their not even slightly "ergonomical" office chairs & using a yoga ball instead!Hell, I'd get one for my home office/Art studio, but I have a 5 year old male Great Dane & a 10 month old male Great Dane - no matter how large or small the ball is; it belongs in their mouths until it has been thoroughly destroyed (at least, that's how they see it)! Ehich could be super dangerous for one of them, especially if anything were to happen while my husband & I are at work!! Until I can make absolutely sure neither of my Danes can get into my office (they have figured out how to open doors), I definitely do not want to chance one of them getting a hold of this! I promise, this is made of very durable material, but as durable as this is, it is no match for my Danes & their power chompers!I will say; I plan to purchase one for each of my boys to use as their "gaming" chairs - maybe I'm crazy, but I feel it'll be far more beneficial than what they're using now, especially with the amount of time they spend gaming!

Perfect for my workouts!
This ball is made of a high quality material and it’s definitely thicker and sturdier than other balls i’ve used. It feels so safe and it’s just perfect for my workouts! I don't feel like it's going to pop even when I bounce on it and do my gymnastics tricks! It is designed to keep you from sliding off during exercise and it will surely last me quite a while. The ball I’ve ordered has a radiant blue color and looks so glam and fabulous. Love that it includes a pump and a tool to remove the plug. Inflating is very easy! I’m also going to try it for the baby fitness with my 5 m.o.

Warped in two months
We bought this to bounce our newborn to sleep on instead of having to pace the house with him and it’s been amazing for that! He loves it and it saved my poor postpartum body from getting even more stressed. However if we had used the included pump to pump this ball up it would have taken forever. An air compressor is definitely needed unless you’re extremely patient. The big drawback here for us is that after two months of daily use the ball has become misshapen. It’s not so much a circle anymore- more like an oval. Even when we pumped it back up it still wasn’t quite right. My husband and I are 140 & 200 lbs so I don’t think our weight was a factor.

It even helps with back pain!
This has been adding into my daily exercise routine! It's been amazing to incorporate into my yoga as well! Much to my surprise, it has helped so much with my back pain and has helped in aiding stretching my back out when needed! Very durable. Easy to inflate. No funky, rubbery smell when unboxing it. It even came with an informational booklet with some exercises to try! I even lay my 11 month old son on it, belly down, to help with his gas issues! All around great investment!

Strong and durable but instructions are lacking
This ball is thick and durable and works just like it says it does. It’s nice that the package includes a few exercises you can do with it. But I also felt like it would have been helpful to have a few instructions on how to blow it up and what to use all the extra pieces with. I really didn’t understand why there were 3 plugs, 2 nozzle attachments, and a measuring tape. I assumed some of that was extras, and the measuring tape was to make sure the ball was the proper diameter, but it didn’t help at all. It seemed way off for the diameter it should have been. Also, it was quite a workout just to blow up the ball! The little pump included was nice to have, and it was effective, but it took quite a while to fully inflate it. Overall I’m sure I will enjoy the ball to use with my exercises and it seems like it will last a long time.

Love it so far
I'm working remotely for health reason and this has been great to relieve my lower back pain. I have been using for two days and my posture is a lot better compared to when I sit on the regular chair. I'm hoping this ball will allow me to strengthen my core muscle without me doing much workout lol If anyone looking for little change in their life, this little ball would do it. I will review again for durability...so far so good.**Inflate wasn't easy for me. I asked my hubby to do it and he told me it was easy....lol

Spongy
No directions. Took forever to inflate. The tape measure is worthless...only long enough to to measure the diameter (IF you could pass it through the center of the ball). They don’t tell you what the circumference should be, so I had to put my geometry to work. The ball seems spongy and under-inflated even though the circumference is 1.5 inches longer than it should be.

Geruch sehr unangenehm

Starker chemischer Geruch (PVC)
