Fits in airplane wheelchair compartment
This is now my Mobility device. I use this everyday when not wearing my prosthetic leg. I am able to get it in and out of my trunk on my own with ease. It is fun to zip around my job with getting where I need to go.The battery last pretty long as long as you turn it off when not moving. The only negative thing I can say is that the seat hurts like hell. I haven’t found one I like to switch it out with yet.I bet I’ve sold so many of these for TopMate. Every time a patient or patient families see me they want to know all about it and where I got it from. I let them take pictures and video of me riding it. Lol. This was truly an amazing investment.

Great scooter
Excellent scooter with many pros and a few consPros - light weight, folds easy, stable, good battery life, fast, has reverse setting, great design, mini monitor for battery life and speed, goes up hill with easeCons - tires are plastic not rubber, the brake is not the best, the seat is terrible and uselessThis scooter would be a 5 out of 5 if the small cons would be upgraded. As mentioned, the seat sux and it was replaced with a great seat. Contrary to other comments, I disagree this scooter is unstable and does not tip during turns, unless you go at the fastest setting. I do not recommend this scooter for overweight and unbalanced individuals. I am 5ft 11 and 170lbs and I comfortably sit on it. Highly recommend this scooter just change the seat.

Great for limited mobility
Great folding tricycle. Plenty of power for up to a 20% incline, lots of range and cool look. The three speeds make it safer to maneuver slowly inside (Speed 1) or zoom quickly outdoors (Speed 3). I'm in Speed 2 most of the time. Took about an hour of practice in an empty parking lot to get the hang of maneuvering but now it's second nature.Downside are minimal. Instructions are vague and confusing but if you mess with the unit you will figure it out. Steering handle attachment is friction fit with (2) hex screws (tool included), should have a key/keyway connection. Folded position could do with a latch of some sort to make it easier to put in the trunk of the car. Those are minor issues, overall a well engineered and well made product.

PARTS ARE NOT EASY TO REPLACE!
One of the rear tires got damaged, I have no idea how, but the tire is flat. I contacted TOPMATE and paid for 2 replacement rear tires. They sent ONLY one and it was the wrong size!! There are two Models ES31 and ES32, mine is the ES31, but they sent the tire for ES32! Huge difference in the size of the tires! ES31 has a 7.5 inch rear tire, ES32 has a 10 inch rear tire! Not only that they only sent ONE! GRRR...There is no phone number to call, since they're in China, only email. I did email them and explained that 1.) I received the wrong tire 2.) They only sent one tire 3.) I want to send the tire back and refund my money!!BE CAREFUL IF YOU BUY THIS SCOOTER! Getting placement parts for this is a nightmare!!My fault for not doing my research, but I would NOT recommend this scooter to anyone!

A total lifesaver!
This is 100% the best thing I purchased all year. I have struggled with ongoing foot injuries for a couple of years now and it was really limiting my level of activity. Since I purchased the TopMate, I have been able to go on walks with friends, get around at my job, and so much more! I've even taken it on the train! It's perfect for me because it's small enough that I can fit it the backseat or trunk of my car. I am strong enough to lift it myself. It's perfect if being on your feet is the thing that troubles you. If you have back pain, you may need to find something with better support, but for me it's been perfect! The battery also lasts a really long time and it can go pretty fast/ up medium sized hills if needed.

The seat is almost impossible to stay on without falling off it.......
Got mine last night came much earlier than quoted.Im disabled and need something that i can put in the back of my small car and get it out and use it.I havent really gone any further then the living room yet because well the seat scares me the two springs on it cause you to lean left or right not support you to stay upright so I have already ordered a bigger flatter hopefully more stable seat and I hope I can get it attached.Number 1 cons are:1. Instructions are (well there really arent any) they only tell you how to tighten the brake. thats it.2. A bolt and lock washer were loose in the big box and fell out onto the floor during unpacking turns out there were essential for the handle bars to lock onto the steering column and the whole thing would be useless and unrideable without them (this is all not mention in the "instructions")3. Hard to pick up and put into a car without parts wanting to flop around and still a little heavy for me to lift into car..Dont know any pro's yet I have to wait till I ride it for a distance after a better more stable seat is attached
