Consistently great tasting cookie
Great tasting shortbread cookie that holds up well. Have seen people dunk these and they hold up to warm liquid. Have spread lemon curd on these or jam and they make a tasty base. They are consistent in flavor and texture. Quality cookie.

no palm oil
These cookies are made without palm oil----a major plus for the orangutan lover in me. They contain butter, an acceptable albeit not desirable ingredient in the wannabe WFPB me. The cornstarch gives them crispness (good) but an odd aftertaste (not so good but acceptable). These are an occasional treat that is somewhat guilt-free. It's hard to find processed foods without palm oil. Pepperidge Farms makes a few varieties with butter instead.
