Bought for school. Great books and very standard. Easy to use and sturdy when kept in a back pack. I will buy again.

I have bought this offer in the past, this price is a great value and hope Amazon continues this bargain on a yearly basis. I use about that many in a year to take notes or quotes on the phone, or to jot something down I need to purchase or something I forgot to do. So it keeps all this data in one place, and these are a lot harder to misplace than a piece of paper. When finished I mark the year and the dates, and file them for a year then they go in a box for the commercial shredder. These for the most part are the same thing I used in school years ago. The nice thing is they come in a package from the manufacturing facility so they are sealed and as I am in the middle of one now they will remain in the carton taking up little space and remaining fresh. So be it for the students or anyone else in your home or office a great quality product, that is a being sold at a bargain basement price.

You'd be hard pressed to find a product cheaper than this. I bought the 5 pack Mead Wide Ruled and each notebook was less than a dollar! The notebooks fit in backpacks more easily and do not bend as easily as spiral notebooks. A good spiral notebook will easily become more durable and convenient than this Composition Notebook, but at the price range of less than a dollar the flimsy spiral notebooks cannot hope to compare. Yes, yes, I understand that the Wide Ruled notebooks are less preferred. Most people do not ever write big enough to make use of the bigger line divisions and generally prefer College Ruled. It's unfortunate, but I bought the Wide Ruled is a better value price-wise. It's still convenient though for taking notes in class, recording lab work, and overall information organizing.

Remember these from school? (I don't know, do they still write in school?) I love these. I'm a writer and I use these to make notes, everything from recipes to research. I'm not into journaling, but they would probably work great for that, as well.

Nothing brings you back to school like a composition notebooks. These ones specifically haven't changed in design for years. I want to start this by examining the exterior. Good binding, classic cover and back, and a mead name plate on the front. These notebooks can withstand a good amount of punishment so any age group can use them. The cover and black are covered in a gloss and are stiff. Pretty good for protecting the pages and keeping water from leaking through. The only downside to this is that it's really hard to write on the cover with anything other than permanent marker. I really wish they would make is so that a pen or pencil could write on the cover or back. The pages themselves are thick enough to write a both sides, so long as it isn't something that leaks. The spacing is good for beginning writers, cursive, or Asian languages. What I would not recommend is that lefties buy these books. The pages take a long time to soak up ink and even slow writers will smear it all over the place. I found the writing experience on these pages to be ok. When using a pen, I found it would often slip often, perhaps due to the long ink drying time. I found that pencils were by far the best to use with this paper. I would recommend these notebooks to anyone who needs to take notes, write a diary, ect. Just remember that ink takes a long time to dry so it's probably best if lefties or gel pen users avoided these.

Had a hard time finding the 100 page comp books in store so I ordered these. I have middle schoolers and the supply list were asking for the 100 page books. They arrived in good shape no damage. They were priced fairly and shipping was next day. Happy with this purchase.

Zum ersten war die Artikelbeschreibung irreführend "Sold as a Pack of 6". Ich dachte, man bekäme sechs von den Heften, aber man bekommt nur eins. Zum zweiten ist der Artikel nicht exakt wie abgebildet. Auf dem Foto ist eindeutig "made in brazil" erkennbar, aber das Endprodukt ist aus Vietnam. Wo der Unterschied liegt? In der Papierqualität. Es gibt drei oder vier Fabriken, die für mead produzieren, alle mit einer anderen Qualität. Drittens war das Produkt geknickt. Ausreichend verpackt zwar, jedoch trotzdem geknickt. Das Cover wirkt auch alles in allem etwas "mitgenommen" und zwischen der ersten Seite und dem Cover befindet sich Schmutz, wenn man es aufklappt. Also für alle, die das hier bestellen wollten, um ein "echtes amerikanisches Schulheft" zu testen, dem rate ich dazu, einen deutschen Anbieter zu finden, damit das Produkt zumindest nicht um die halbe Welt reisen muss und dann so mitgenommen ausschaut.

Das Produkt ist hervorragend, ein robustes (starker Einband) Notizbuch/Tagebuch. Einziges Manko es kam beschädigt bei mir an. Alle Kanten waren beschlagen und teilweise waren die Seiten und der Einband beschädigt. Dies lag am langen Transportweg und eine dünne und nicht gepolsterte Verpackung. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Die 5 Sterne sind für das Produkt nicht für Transport und Verpackung da leider keinen Stern.
