Sturdy and spacious cooler
I purchased this cooler for our summer car camping trips. I picked this one for its compact and space saving shape and the fact that it has the ability to be wheeled when full. We have used this for several trips now and it has held up outstanding. The cooler has plenty of room, there are only 2 of us camping even with the two frozen one-gallon water bottles we use to keep it cold. It’s size works very well for use, it will fit on one seat instead of taking up the whole backseat. The wheels have proved to be very useful and the handle is sturdy. I know there have been some questions about sitting on it and I have to admit that I had stood on it. Probably shouldn’t have but things happen. It caused no damage to the cooler. The other thing I really like about it is the cup holders on top. On occasion we use it as a mini camping table and the holders come in handy, not only for drinks but small items or phones as well. As far as its ability to keep the contents cold, we have had no issues. We have not had the opportunity to use it in hot weather yet but have used it for 3 day trips. The frozen water bottles and one small bag of ice were more than enough for the long weekend. Overall, this cooler is a great buy, very sturdy and works well. I would buy it again should anything happen to mine.

Classic Well Made Dependable
Had one of these for years, and would probably still have it, if not for being clipped by a car in the beach parking lot. Was happy to find it was still being made and bought it again without any hesitation or shopping around for other. It's well made and sturdy, keeps everything refrigerator cold (I've used this thing for parties in the Florida summer sun and still had unmelted ice in it the next day), the tow handle is sturdy and the wheels are big enough to be pulled along on the beach without issue. The built in lid cup holders are invaluable. Guys, this is a great product, I hope they continue to make it and don't change a thing!

A very satisfactory purchase
Purchased this because I needed a larger and newer cooler. Took it on the maiden voyage to Colorado, leaving from Arizona. I also bought 2 Sterilite 7 qt shoe boxes (they have lock down covers), 14 3/8" L x 8 1/4" W x 6" H that fit perfectly inside the Igloo. The reason for the shoe boxes? I filled them with water and froze them. 15 lbs of free ice. Also bought a Sterilite covered box, 15 1/4" L x 11 1/2" W x 6" H to put items to be kept cool in. Fits nicely in the bottom of the Igloo (the plastic box keeps items from getting soaked). It leaves a bit of space on top of the box.Put the ice in the Igloo along with frozen stuff in the lower box along with milk, cream, eggs early Wednesday a.m. and drove to CO, about 360 miles in September heat (90 to 95 degrees, camped on the river in bright sunshine and chilly thunderstorms and did not completely melt the ice until Sunday morning. The stuff in the igloo was still acceptably cool and stayed that way until we got home to AZ.To say that I am happy with this cooler is grossly understating my satisfaction. It pulls easily enough with a full load and keeps everything cold for an extended period of time and holds a lot more stuff than my older cooler. If I have to, I'll buy another one. With any luck, this one will last a long while.

Very Good Cooler but There Are Much Better Prices If That's Also Your Target
Very good cooler with sufficient thermal, holding and roll-away capabilities. It is pretty bulky which means it holds more. Check out the dimensions of it. It gets pretty heavy when loaded but with wheels, it is much much easier to haul compared to non-wheeled ones like one we used to have. One of its (good) quirks besides its cubic shape is the lid locks in to closed position VERY HARD and it takes some unexpected amount of effort to pop it out. Anyone can do it. It takes a harder pull than usual coolers. First, I was annoyed about it as inconvenience or design flaw. But soon I realized this hard locking lid helps keep cool inside much longer than usual inexpensive coolers. So, now I appreciate it.Unfortunately, I found this exact Igloo cooler at a nation-wide general goods chain store for $30.00 (May 2017) which was whopping 1/2 of what I paid here back then. Obviously, the price here has gone down as of August 2017. Just note there are much better prices out there is that's your Target.

Fabulous Buy
I bought my first one of these a few years back, after toting computer equipment, personal items, and a cooler with food through an extensive medical facility for two days while my husband was ill. As soon as I saw this I bought it wishing I'd had it the week before. Since then it has proved invaluable, both short term (medical visits) and long term (drive-to vacations). Fits perfectly behind the driver seat. Has handles to lift it into the car. Sufficiently roomy to carry all of food, electronics, and personal items - AND IT HAS WHEELS!!! It is so great, that I went to buy another but Walmart isn't carrying it so I bought my second one on Amazon. Now we have one each, my husband and I.The seller was prompt, no problems at all. The *PRODUCT* belongs in every house where someone might have to lug heavy stuff. It's so sturdy it works as a dolly for things that fit in it. Absolutely indispensable.

Great Cooler, Bad Packaging. Great Value. Replaced broken handle with the one on the old cooler.
We bought this to replace our favorite cooler with an exact duplicate. Sun heat inside the Yukon caused the foam to expand and the lid to crack after a decade. When UPS drove off I opened the box on the porch. The handle was broken. I took the handle off the old cooler and it was a perfect fit. Happy. 5 minutes work. Glad we didn't throw the old one in the trash.Igloo, protect the handle. The old one seems fine. Box was fine. Put some foam protector on the handle. Save some bother.
