Good adhesive and seal
I take care of our neighborhood pool. The pool cover gets holes as it ages. Two winters ago I ended up with 17 squirrels drowned over the winter. I got this tape last year and used it to glue patches over any holes. No squirrels for the past two years. The adhesive is flexible and thick enough it makes a great seal.

Works, but much thinner than alternatives
This is much thinner and wispier than other bandages of this sort. Based on how you're using it, this may or may not be a problem. It's so thin that it tends to curl up instead of laying flat on your skin. I can't use it on my feet because it just tears and bunches up when I walk.

Satisfactory pre-wrap
This is athletic pre-wrap, you use it to apply underneath athletic tape to prevent the tape from sticking to skin and hair and causing pain. This isn't meant to be athletic tape, or to provide the support athletic tape does. If that's what you're looking for, this is just fine. It sticks to itself fairly well, at least long enough to put athletic tape on top. The color is a bit less bright in real life than in the picture, more of a true maroon. Imagine WSU colors, and you've got the right Idea. I haven't mastered it yet, and I've found that if you're trying to apply it around areas that may not be as straightforward as the calf that it can tend to roll down. If anyone has any tips, let me know! And if you have any questions for me, feel free to ask.
