The Amazon listing stated Vitamin D3 content as 3000, but the package I received showed only 1000. Accurate product details are crucial, and I recommend confirming ingredient info before purchasing.

The taste is palatable and the pillx are easy to swallow. My energy level is not boosted but it does keep me healthy.

Love these, easy to take and I feel they really do help my immune system; less colds.

These have a lot of B vitamins and unfortunately broke me out a lot around a week after starting taking them. I do have naturally quite oily skin but had got in under control, and these made it oiler and brought back my acne. I should’ve researched what was in them a bit better, in hindsight after looking at what is in them and doing my research , I don’t think this many B vitamins is required from a standard everyday vitamin. Might be ok for people not prone to acne.
