Great supplement to remedy sleepless nights!
I first purchased this from Costco, and I was super excited to see that Amazon has these. These melatonin tablets are great. I find them more effective than the 5mg gummies for some reason. They taste great and dissolve quickly. A little on the sweet side, but I usually drink water afterwards. I notice they kick in pretty fast as well (around 10-20 minutes for me to get drowsy)! Overall a great value product, considering the amount of tablets you get and how many you take a night. I take one 5mg tablet most of the time, but if I’m really having trouble sleeping, I’ll take two tablets. These last me a long time!

Great Melatonin option
They work great! The taste is okay considering they are dissolving tablets. You get a ton of tablets for the price! It’s great! Most importantly I get tired within 30 minutes of taking!

Great sleep aid.
This works wonders. Sometimes I take one and sometimes one half. I do not take it every night. It is easy to take and is fast dissolving. I really recommend it.

Good taste, easy dissolve no chalkiness
I take melatonin every night before bed. I put a tablet under my tongue and let it dissolve. It has a nice fruity flavor and doesn’t leave any chalky residue! I find that it helps me wind down at the end of the day and have a more restful night sleep.

Best sleep I’ve had in a long time!
Works exactly as advertised! Slept soundly and woke up with no grogginess even only after 6 hours. Same result after 8 hours. What sold me on this product over others is the natural coloring (beet root extract) instead of red dye. Highly recommended!
