Noise Level sounds like a mini-vacuum
This is a great product. Very long battery life and can charge phones and laptops at the same time. I would give this product 5 stars BUT I was surprised by the noise level the moment I turned it on. I guess it wouldn't matter if you're using it for your self but I intended to use this in weddings during a reception to power a projector. Sadly it can't power a projector. But I still decided to keep it because it's a great piece of equipment to have.

Wow
Used the power band this weekend. Took it with me on a fishing trip. First fully charged it. First thing I used it on was my cell phone after it completely died. Was surprised on how fast the power band charged the phone to 100%. Only took about 30 minutes. Also used it the charge the kids portable DVD player, and to charge my work laptop. My wife also used to watch TV in our camper. It never got hot do to the built in fan. After using the power bank for all of this on one charge it lasted a little over 10 hrs.

Presently surprised by this Battery Unit
This product came packaged in a high quality box, the battery unit (60% charged), USB charger, USB C-C cable and directions. This battery unit appears to be high quality and well worth the money. Size and weight are acceptable for a unit that has a 110 volt power source. It has a small but powerful flashlight on it, next to the battery power status indicator LED's. I plan on using this traveling, charging my drone in the field and camping to charge things, a reading light, run a small fan and my CPAP machine. This will also run my CPAP in case of a emergency or power outage. This unit will charge in my car or wall outlet as long as there is a USB power plug.I really think that this little unit will go many places with me and save me from worries of having dead batteries and no power. I'm excited to take this unit camping and will update this review once I do.

It's portable a/c power
I have never been more excited to pick up something that I ordered than when I got this. One of the biggest problems my friends and I have is our laptops dying while we're trying to study. Now we can go somewhere that doesn't have an outlet or even sit outside and study if we want to without having to worry about needing to leave so soon as our battery dies. This thing is huge so it's not something you can just carry with you every day like a regular power bank and it has a fan when you use the A/C outlet but those are really the only negative things I think if about it. It charges really fast with my PD laptop charger and it has dual input which I'll probably have to use because it charge my phone like 15 times (exaggeration, maybe). It feels solid even though I'm pretty sure the case is plastic. If I had to compare the size and weight to something I'd say it's about the size of a high-end Bluetooth speaker and a little heavier. If nothing else, this thing makes you feel superior to people that have their little 5000mah power banks.

WOW!
I haven't used it more than a day and for testing. I wasn't expecting much from this charger. It's not QC or USB PD or Fast charge (unless you use an AC adapter). USB charging can be slow depending upon power drain. It came to me at 50% and charging was slower than I thought, but it is a larger than normal battery which leads me to either believe it is true to capacity. It is heavy, compared to a lot of portable batteries I have used, but then again, it has an AC outlet on it. It needs a fan to prevent overheating so DO NOT jostle this thing too much while the fan is running. It will power my Lenovo Yoga 720 i5 fully loaded through AC (but I needed to use a 90w power adapter to manage that). If you have a laptop that came with a charger greater than 90w but can charge via 90w charger, use a 90w charger and you'll be happy with this battery pack. If you want to take this on a plane (in its original packaging), which is why I got this, I don't know... I'm gonna try it and see what happens... It's AC is sealed per FAA regulations for AC outlets on batteries. Overall it is a good battery so I say go for it.

Awesome for emergencies
Living in florida with hurricanes is though, specially with no power.I was sceptic to buy it after reading all the negative reviews. Decided to try it out anyways. It charges my phone via usb (lightning cable)and turn on my night lamp with (ac output )simultaneously, works great. Im impressed. It does charge my phone pretty quick and still have a lot of juice left on it.Tested the ac out, it was 104.2 volts output. Spot on.In my opinion, anything less than 15 amperes will work fine. More than that, it might damage it the portable battery pack. There’s type C output and micro usb also, makes it awesome for emergencies.Flashlight works well. Not the brightest, but definitely more than enough if the power on our house goes down. Lots of help.

Interesting design, great versatility
I just love this battery! Not only it is super powerful (can hold my laptop for almost 2 charges till 100%) but you can connect to it at the same time other devices and still being able to charge very fast!Yes it is little bit loud when you charging your Laptop (you have to turn it on in order to get it going and fan will be working) but it compensates for its duration of battery life. Very good when traveling, especially when you only need to charge your phone or tablet - just plug it in to the USB port and it starts charging right away (no need to turn the fan on).Item is little bit heavy but you know why, so can't complain at all!Very nice bag to store it in, durable! Cords, plug and manual are included (see the picture).
