Life saver!!!
I have a deviated septum causing my left nostril to have much less space than the right one. In recent years I started having allergies too. This combination, at my old age of 40, had caused the development of repeated sinus infections and periorbital swelling (swelling of the eye) in the side of the faulty nostril. This happens about once every 4 months, the first year it happened was 2024, and I spent most of it in the ER or doctors offices to get antibiotocs for the periorbital cellulitis. However, ever since discovering this product (in combination with neti-pot and flonase) i was finally able to breath from my left nostril without antibiotics, and I no longer needed surgery. I tried EVERY Nasal dialator out there and I must admit, this is the softest one, I can sleep with it comfortably without waking up. It is NOT discrete (none of them are), but that's why I don't wear it during the day at work, only when I'm driving and at night. To sum it up - great product.

They work!!
Bought these for my snoring hubby to try. Figured if they worked it'd be cheaper than the bottle of wine I drank every night to be able to fall into an alcohol induced sleep to survive the chainsaw in bed with me. (Just kidding. Kinda.) He wasn't too keen on sticking the thing up his nose, but when given the ultimatum of that or death, he wisely chose the first. Took a bit to get it settled in right but WOW! What a difference! First night his snoring was almost non-existent! I actually had to wake him up to make sure he wasn't dead. He was that quiet! Since then, unless he's extremely stuffy with allergies, his snoring is practically eliminated. And I've saved a lot of money not buying so much wine. (Just kidding. Kinda.) He does wash it in the morning to use more than once. Actually prefers it after it's been washed as he doesn't really care for the lavender smell. Wish I'd have found them sooner... would have saved me gaining 10 pounds from all that wine I had to drink! (Just kidding. Kinda.)

Stinks and Does Not Work as Described
It does not work as described and pictured, although I could sometimes shove one into a nostril and it would fold and twist-up in a way to open the nostril a little bit and provide some increased airflow. It also smells horrible, not at all like lavender or chamomile, and I don't know what yiang yiang is but I guess it must smell bad. I did my best to wash the smell off, but that didn't work well. My nose is about average size & shape, and in fact somewhat like the picture in the listing. The strip that connects the two rings is too short to allow a ring to be place in each nostril as described. I could barely get them into the very edge of the nostril, and since that area is sensitive to itches and tickles, it was very uncomfortable. And it would take about 10-15 minutes of effort to try to get them in place properly, and even then I only succeeded once, and by that time I was wide awake and frustrated, and it fell out soon anyway. The loops are also too soft to stay in a ring shape and open the nostril much, or at all. It is very soft material so it would be more comfortable than some similar devices if it could be inserted property and keep it's shape. I pulled them apart (broke the connecting strip) so I could try to insert a ring and push it into the nostril more as the directions describe, but it is too soft to hold a ring shape as I pushed it in, and it always folded up and/or twisted the wrong direction. A few times I did get it to fold and twist into a place where it helped improve airflow, but that took a lot of time, and luck, and still didn't stay in place well.

Delighted the product is back, even tho different name.
I had asked prior manufacturer how to get this product a year or so ago. They insisted it had been discontinued and would not be available. It had a different brand name, but I find it's the same size, shape and function as the medium (not large or small) of prior brand. Works same way. Much more comfortable in oval shape, than over half a dozen other circle cone shaped products I had tried unsuccessfully, since previous brand no longer purchasable and I ran out. I don't need the lavender, chamomille, etc scent. But I can wash it off if I find I don't like it. Wish they would provide an unscented option. A word of caution, if you liked the small or large size of prior brand, this may not work for you. I had some small and large of prior brand. Neither of those two sizes fit me adequately. This size does fit me. I'm 5'7". It works at about a four star level of effectiveness. I was tempted to give five stars, because I'm so glad to find it again, after a year of sleeping with partially blocked nose; and fear of never finding good solution again. But emotion and function are two separate things.

Too small
I was excited to find these on Amazon again. There was a similar product by a different brand that I used to use for sleep apnea. I didn't see a size on the packaging but I was optimistic these were going to work as well as the other ones. The packaging was very similar to the other brand that I can no longer find on Amazon. When I got it, they were not individually wrapped, which I felt like that was a good thing because it was less waste. But unfortunately they were very small and did not open my nasal passages at all. It has no effect on keeping my nasal passages open. I woke up congested. And I felt like they might fall out while I was asleep. I reviewed the box to see if there was a size but I did not see it on the box.

Great snoring solution
This snoring solution really works for my husband. My only complaint is that it took little over a month for it and the Vicks NyQuil I ordered to be delivered. Two such items should not have taken that long! I no longer need the NyQuil but was no longer able to cancel the order.

Works great for my deviated septum
For years I could only sleep turned on one side and now I can sleep turned on either side comfortably. They're very comfortable to where I always forget to take them out in the morning. You do have to fidget with them a little to get them to sit right in your nose when you put them in. The way I can tell they're sitting right is when I can breathe clearly through my nose. Since they only come in one size, I guess you have to get lucky with the size of your nose and the amount of opening you need. I'm thrilled with this product and hope they continue to make them for a long time to come.
