Sounds great and build quality is fantastic. Nearly every piece is metal, even the mount point where the mic screws into the stand. Stand is very nice as well. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

I originally wrote a poor review complaining about a wavering playback for using with my guitar. I learned from other guitarists that for music you need to plug he mic into what's called a digital interface, around $150 which converts the signal into digital BEFORE it goes into the USB of the laptop. This mic is good for voice though as is.

I don't understand what all of these good reviews are talking about. This thing absolutely won't pick up any audio unless I hold it in my hand an inch from my mouth. Even then, it picks up my words late and cuts out early.. I have tried speaking into it from every angle and distance possible, every placement on my desk and around it. Nothing improves it. I bought this hoping it would make it easier to communicate with classmates now that everything has gone virtual and I find that the cheap headset with built in mic that I was trying to replace is far superior to this little guy. The only thing about it I will say is nice is that the material feels good and solid. I can't find myself able to appreciate that when it doesn't work though. Trying to stay positive, but I have no idea how to go through the return process when I'm locked in my house for quarantine. Hoping mine is a lemon and yours will work better, but this is so disappointing :c

Its good for the price. Its better than my previous Condenser mic. This one just captures what I say and less fuzz around me. Good for my voice acting and professional music making.

I’m giving this product 3 stars because I purchased it to use with the DAW Pro Tools but pro tools did not recognize the microphone so I had to send it back. I was never able to test the sound quality because of this.

Great mic for the price imo. Came packaged well. Plug and play. This my first mic so I don't have a frame of reference but so far no problems.

Fits right on my desk you can barely see it on the computer screen great microphone to use. For a podcast and for talking on zoom and other chat programs

This is an awesome starter mic and the convenience of just plugging it into the laptop is the best!

Sound quality is far above its price range and it’s a great plug and play mic, but just expect it not to last as long as others. It is sensitive enough and clear enough to sound great and ready for most tasks you can throw at it. It does not clip well however. Some more premium mics handle clipping much better but for the price I really can’t complain

I bought this ‘Amazon Bestseller’ and didn’t use it immediately. When I did eventually get around to using it, the connection between the tripod stand and shouk mount broke. The first time I used it. The return window is closed and I have two pieces of crappy microphone I can’t use. This is not a good buy. Zero out of five stars. Definitely do not recommend.

This microphone isn't compatible with PS4 gaming consoles it looks good though but no good for what I needed it for

Terrible. Bought three of these for students to use and they had far worse sound quality than the built in laptop mics. Terrible hiss no matter which mic you used. Tried all three on PC, Mac and Chromebook. No difference.
