Not martellato but still works
The brand they sent me was not Martellato but Kerekes. Still works equally as well but I find that Kerekes foams a little more readily and creates bubbles. As someone else mentioned, great product and convenient to use but overpriced

well too expansive
Extremely expansive item ! $45 for one bottle its completely too expansive for what it is ! As private chef the cost of doing a dessert with this product is out of reach !Beside that no complain about the product !
