This set can open just about anything, but the multi-opening jar opener is difficult for tops beyond 2 1/2 inches. I bought this for my wife after she became hysterical while trying to open salsa with a screwdriver and hammer when I was at fish camp, forcing me to return home, late and in the dark, in no condition to drive. OK, so I bought it for myself, really, but at less than $4 per item in the set it's far cheaper than a divorce.

Ok, at first you see all of these tools and wonder how to use...then it is suddenly time to open a jar, and you can't do it with your hands. OH WAIT! I have TOOLS for that! I grabbed the large jar opener and used it to hold the bottle, then used the small one for the "push down and twist" bottle top. DONE! I was so happy! Both my hands are weak from arthritis, but I am determined to never let it slow me down. I was asking my husband and my 92 year old mother to help me all the time. NEVER again! Oh, and the little wine cork screw thing is GREAT. It has a little saw-tooth cutter on it perfect for my mom's pill packs, and poking into those pesky foil tops on the tops of bottles of medicine and pills and corn oil. YOU WILL LOVE THIS SET! I would buy again and I think it would make GREAT gifts! Thank you!!!

I bought this 3-pack of openers for my mother (in her 80's) and me. I am very glad I bought the 3 pack. The 4-jar tool worked great on spaghetti sauce and olive jars. You just need to pull it apart a bit to fit. The 4-jar tool was too small to open a couple jars including a plastic lid jar of peanut butter. I used the hinged opener for the larger jars, and it worked great; though, the wider it opens, the harder it is to grip with one hand. I put it between my knees and used too hands. Voila'!The bottle opener is great for soda pop screw tops. Some of those screw tops have sharp ridges, and this opener is painless to use. It also worked well popping off bottle caps.My mother says the openers work well for her, but the squeezing and turning takes a bit more effort because of arthritic thumbs.These tools just make opening bottles and jars easier.

Obviously used food service product. This is absolutely unacceptable during the pandemic.The indentations look just like a soda can tab.

After two months, the jaws of the bottle opener came apart. I could not reattach them. I think I am owed my money back, whether or not I am within the return window. Perhaps I am the rare exception, but I’d rather not take a chance. I’m delighted if this product helped others. But it is not for me.Update, December 23, 2020: The vendor says it will improve the product and change manufacturers. If that happens and I get good results, I’ll let people know.

I have bad arthritis and have begun having a difficult time with opening things. So I got these on a whim to see if they actually helped. And WoW! I can open just about anything now. Easily! I do wish there were better instructions in the box tho, as I sent a set to my Mom (87) and she wondered how to use some of them. I've also used them inventively to open ziploc bags without having to cut them open. I will recommend these to everyone I know and I might be giving them for gifts too. You don't need to have arthritis to want help opening some things. Handy gadgets!

My elderly mother was complaining about how much trouble she was having opening water bottle lids, of all things. I looked online and found several individual products and then this kit. The kit was a little more expensive than the singles but less so than purchasing all of them separately.Needless to say after it arrived she started using them immediately and I no longer have to worry about how she is going to get a bottle or jar open.Great products that do exactly what they are supposed to do.
