ASURION4 Year Home Improvement Protection Plan ($90 - $99.99)

ASURION tech support went way beyond on dealing with a propane heater I had purchased on Amazon. The manufacturers warranty and support was useless and expensive. ASURION backed me up by sending a shipping ticket for me and gave me a gift certificate for Amazon to purchase another one since the model I purchased was no longer available. For the money I paid for this warranty was worth every penny and it wasn't that expensive. I have several warranties that I have purchased from them in the past and present and will continue to do so when it is available with my purchases. I highly recommend them!

I usually don't get insurance on electronics, but for a portable device, I thought I should. Imagine how glad I was when 3 days after gifted, the laptop a as damaged! Asurion handled everything and after the repairs, reimbursed me quickly. They were easy to work with and prompt to respond.

We purchased the additional protection on a plug in, refrigerated cooler. The cooler failed within its second year however it was used almost every day at my husband‘s job. No questions asked, a refund was processed within a week and we were able to purchase a new cooler and of course a new extended warranty plan. Worth every penny in my opinion and very easy to use your customer service is awesome!

We had something break during a move, and it was insanely easy to file a claim. We provided an account of the incident and within 30 minutes there was a credit that we were able to use to buy a replacement.

I like how I can purchase extended protection plans. With this purchase I know I am getting my money's worth out of the products. If anything goes wrong the fix it or replace it at no additional cost.

I haven’t had to use the protection plan yet, but I was pleased it was offered because I purchased a brand of nailer that I’ve never tried. From the statements made in the description, it seems like a very easy process to make a claim.

I bought this for a particular item. The plan document when it comes did not show what item you what item you bought the plan for. Disappointing. clicking on the order number just shows the plan that you bought, not what is insured.. no additional information. this is deceptive and makes it difficult for you to use the protection plan when you need it. i will not buy this again.

I'm so glad I got the asurion protection plan for my computer, it blacked out and wouldn't turn on, I called asurion with the problem they customer service team was great they created a claim sent out a return box for my computer, and they repaired it in a couple of days, and it was all covered under my plan. Thank you Asurion 😊
