I bought this to do yoga outside on my concrete patio before work at 6am (the time matters because sometimes the ground can be dewy). I had a standard matt, but my knees and wrists would hurt on the hard concrete. This is fantastic because it is completely comfortable and supportive yet doesn't feel like I'm trying to balance on a pillow, which I was worried about. Also, it is water resistant, so the dew and my sweat wipe off with ease after each use. Additionally, it is super convenient to fold and store.For the price, with others being $100+ this is an absolute gem!

I Bought this Gymnastics Mat for Our 7yr old Granddaughter and She Loved it...She Absolutely Loved the Design and the Colors of the Mat for they were her Two Favorite Colors...It was a Nice Big Mat and Just the Right Thickness

Great mat for my 9 year old. She uses it for practicing cartwheels, it went a bit flat after about a month but still serves its purpose.

A comfortable mat, easy to fold up and put away. (under Bed, dresser, or stand up behind bureau,etc ) Quick and easy to pull out and set up. This mat was sent to me in quality form.

This mat is great. It’s the perfect thickness and length for floor exercises. It also folds up easily for storage and has a convenient handle. I love it for sit-ups, Pilates, and push ups.

As described size wise. Blue is lighter than pictured.
