updating this Schlage has been delivered but still not sure on how good it is

We are having problems with it - sometimes cannot get in, despite just going in and out using the lock. And sometimes it sets itself off - yet to see if this is human error or the Schlage itself. Used a Yale which bust but happy with the Samsung digital battery operated lock so far.
