I am pretty new to the sourdough and baking world. It’s been fun to learn but I was making a huge mess in my bowls and covering my hands in sticky dough. Let me start with the whisk. The handle is comfortable to hold and I can really get into my dough and mix it well. The shape of the wisk allows me to scrape the bowl down as I go. Next the scrapper! The middle is firm and sturdy allowing you to hold it comfortably. The flexible perimeter scrapes the bowls with minimal effort. We all know raw dough doesn’t belong down the drain!! With these 2 tools I am able to make my bread easier and with less mess!

I got myself confused and that last picture made me think I was buying the set with the basket as part of it. It wasn't till it arrived that I found out it doesn't include the proofing basket. They really should not include that last photo. It's my fault but I'm happy with the actual items. I just don't see where to get the basket which is disappointing as that's a different set. The purple is a nice color and looks better once you see it. The handle is a good sturdy one that is comfortable in my hand and not too narrow or wide so it should be good to use. The flat thing for moving the dough is a good size. It has measuring markers on the side for either 12 cm or 5 inches which is useful for shaping stuff. I'd definitely buy this set again. It's really well built. I had thought about the ones with the wooden handles but I think this is superior when it comes to comfort. You won't regret buying it. You will however want to know how to get the darn basket pictured in that last photo.

I got these specifically for my gluten-free baking projects, because purple is the food-service-industry standard color code for "GF" equipment, and that way I wouldn't get it confused with tools that I use for making gluten breads, to reduce cross-contamination.Very nicely made, and solid. The handle is comfortable to use, and the whisk is surprisingly effective for mixing the type of loose, wet doughs that often are used in GF baking. I was honestly shocked at how fast this wisk brings together GF bread doughs.The scraper is well-made and the curve fits just about any size mixing bowl well, but it is a little on the thick and stiff side for my liking. Well-made, but I prefer a thinner, more flexible scraper. All in all, this is a very nice set, and the fact that you can get it in a variety of colors fit my needs perfectly, to keep my GF baking kit easy to identify and avoid cross-contamination.

Love this, sturdy and quickly able to mix artisan bread. It so much easier than using a mixing spoon.

Very happy with the quality of this set! The whisk is really sturdy and made of solid wire that should last a lifetime! The handle is well designed and feels comfortable in my hand. I purchased this set specifically because my hand and wrist fatigue from feeding and mixing my sour dough starter with a short spatula. This long handle makes all the difference! I can stir with ease and know all flour is combined completely! Looking forward to making more bread dough with it and the scraper. FYI. Scraper is not flexible except the outer silicone edge. It is sturdy and scapes the bowl wonderfully!

The artisan bread whisk works well on no knead doughs. And the bench scraper works better than I expected. Plus I love the color.

I like how this bread whisk is easy to use and clean. It took a little getting used to the shape but the rubber type material makes it more comfortable to hold. It is not bulky and so far is very durable.

I really love my whisk! It's very sturdy, the handle is comfortable. It was a real game changer for my dough mixing - no more sticky hands and over-kneading at the initial stage of bread making. It mixes the dough much faster than by hand and doesn't leave dry bits behind. It's much less effort too. It's my essential bread making tool, can't imagine life without it! The scraper is very good too, nice and sturdy.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my nephew, who works at a high-end restaurant as the baker, and will soon have an opportunity from his employer to head up their new artisan bakery. I wanted something professional looking, not a cheap product for a home bakee. This really appealed to me. It arrived quickly and was much larger than I was expecting it to be. It looks nice & sturdy, like it will hold up to regular use in a bakery. I think he'll like it
