Amazing little flashlights!
These little flashlights are a great value for the money. I have them all around the house and keep one with me at all times in my EDC bag. The light is strong enough for general needs like searching for dropped items under the couch to lighting up a room. If you lose one, it is not the end of the world. But they are powerful enough and compact enough to have with you when you may need them the most.

Solid, work great with good rechargeables.
Very bright. Paired with rechargeable energizers last a long time.

Work Great, last long, great for children
>.. I love flashlights, and I often give them as gifts. These are particularly good for children, as they go ON then OFF and do not vary in the amount of light. Simple for them to operate. and the LED "bulb" lasts tens of thousands of hours in use. Longer than the kids will use them even with regular use.>.. These work great on AA batteries, but I prefer 14500 lithium batteries which are a hair larger, but give brighter light and last longer. I also give Mom and Dad a lithium batter charger, and I tell them that the flashlight works with AA as well. One family re-charges, the other went to double-A batteries. So, your experience may vary as theirs does.>.. 14500 batteries are not common in the US, but can be found on the International Auction Site founded on the East Bay of San Francisco (or so I heard). They hold their charge, can be re-charged up to 1000 times [claimed, not experienced, yet] and just work great. Note: amp hours vary so, look for the biggest number, they are all close in price. And, be sure to get free shipping, and a charger. One, two-battery charger, will last a lifetime, and is a cheap investment compared to a lifetime of AA battery purchases.>.. NOTE: 14500 batteries are NOT a direct substitute for AA batteries, but in Asian made items, sometimes these will work. And they are easy to re-charge, and much cheaper than a thousand AA batteries.

Suffer from dimming
These are decent flashlight with an OK level of brightness. I purchased these as inexpensive toys for kids to possibly lose and they quickly become my favorite.I wanted a single AA, always had issues with the AAA versions dimming. Well these also have the dimm and shake issue aswell. I give this a high rating because these are still the best I've seen for the price.

Highly reliable, but cheap enough to be practically disposable
These are an excellent value. With only one mode, "on," it functions as a flashlight should. The light output is variable, controlled by the choice of battery. With a standard AA (disposable or rechargeable), it produces a very useful amount of light over a long period. For a significantly brighter light, one can use a rechargeable lithium-ion battery (size 14500) that is identical in appearance to a 1.5v AA battery. It works at a higher voltage (3.7v), thus the brighter light. The brand EBL produces 14500 Li-ion batteries. I'm sure there are others. Li-ion batteries require a charger specially designed for them. They cannot be charged in chargers designed solely for AA nickel metal hydride batteries.Remember, there is no need to bother with lithium-ion batteries at all.I use Li-ion batteries with this flashlight and carry a spare Li-ion *and* a normal alkaline battery in my flashlight pouch. When using a Li-ion battery, it is normal for the metal flashlight to become a little warm pretty quickly. I have not tested prolonged, continuous use at the higher voltage. If I were camping or somewhere unfamiliar where I needed to use the light continuously for an extended period, I would probably be sure to use a standard AA battery. The flashlights may be very inexpensive, but Li-ion batteries aren'tOne minor weakness: The metal belt clip can fall prey to metal fatigue quickly and break at the point where it flexes. If you carry it in a belt sheath or in a pocket, so that the flexing doesn't occur, you will probably never experience this.

Small but good
Simple, small, adjustable beam, one AA battery. Worked great so far for what I was looking for. Seems like they are well built. I feel like they are worth the money 🤑

This item should never be bought
These things are crap I have one left that's working and I got it less than a month ago. They have sharp edges and they just don't continue to work after a day or so they're terrible
