been taking the swanson reishi mushroom for 40 days now and just got the wife to start taking it. Cured my insomnia, which is what i was looking for. But the surprise benefit, i have bad artrithis in my neck & shoulders - i have nearly 95% of my movement back. There is also a sense of improved "well being" - i wasn't sure what that meant when i read it, but i do now - generally i feel 8 - 10 years younger. fwiw

Great product and company!
My doctor suggested Reishi Mushroom to keep my immunity levels up. Have ordered from Swanson several times and always been pleased, so decided to give them a try for the mushroom. Capsules are average size and easy to swallow. There's no unusual odor or taste. Price is good and I like when the company follows up. Not completely certain if they're working but I didn't get my usual summer sniffles!
