Great Flavor and Texture
This isn't as "strong" as I had hoped, but it is great. i keep "sneaking alittle more" through out the day and night. Will order again.

Good stuff, always.
I usually get the extra sharp aged white which I love and accidentally ordered the yellow. The yellow is almost as good and makes for a different flavor on grilled cheese, crackers etc. I'm glad I made the mistake!
