Face 2 Face Eagle-Gryphon Games I'm The Boss Bargaining Board Game

I fell in love with this game at a con. I had my heart set on obtaining the same exact copy, but received the updated Eagle-Gryphon graphics. The updated graphics contain the easy to read graphic board, updated small money cards, placard investor cards, and smaller box design. This is not the card game. This is a 3-6 player game, running about 60 minutes long. I had never played this game before, and showed this game to a family new to board games. This game was HILARIOUS. The fun is driven by counter card play, I believe classified as "take that" mechanics. I would classify this game slightly above a party game, since it's still a sit down and play game. It's a very light board game. The only negative I can see playing the game was from running out of cards, and losing "your" investor. I missed the rule that your cousin cards comes back to your hand if it was not part of the deal, or sent on a plane trip. My actual delivery has a slightly warped box cover art. It has been raining here lately. It is very minor. *Update* This game continues to be hilarious, and multiple games are requested in a single night. It is probably my cousin's favorite game. There is a strong weakness in losing your investor card, but most people realize they should stock up on cards before they open another deal.

Good quality pieces, simple rules that anyone can learn in the first round. Lots of human interaction/bargaining is inherent to this game, which makes it really approachable and fun with people you're getting to know or want to put into a different and slightly stressful/playful environment. Plays best with 6 players, but can work with smaller groups. Certainly my favorite go-to game with 6 players, because it's a new experience each time, even with the same people.

Kind of interesting, but too intense, may cause argument. Only play with your close friends.

This is one of my favorite games of all time. It was out of print for a while so I was thrilled to find that it was available. It can get a little heated, but in my opinion that's what makes it so much fun as long as your friends can handle it.

My wife has been asking for this game for months, so I finally decided to get it for her. I was really disappointed when she opened it and as soon as we had the plastic off we found that the box had been dropped or crushed, it's dented and has a corner already torn. At first I thought it was pretty of me to write a review about this but then I considered how often I pay over $50 for a board game, almost never. I'm extremely disappointed that my 'brand new' board game came with damage that would only normally happen with years of use. I don't think I'll be buying from this seller again...

This is one of my favorite games. I love social manipulation games and by far this one is the best. You get to argue with your freinds and make money. It can't get much better.
