Great, comprehensive pocket-sized first aid booklet for every day or emergency use
I was glad to receive the more updated version (2015) instead of the older (2009) version shown in the product picture. This pocket guide covers many aspects of first aid from CPR to burns to heart attack, etc. It is a great little (but comprehensive) first aid booklet to have on hand for every day use or to put in your emergency/disaster first aid kit. This is also the best price for quality (IMO). See video to get a better idea of what the booklet actually looks like in person.

They wernt kidding when they say pocket carry.
It seems to be full of helpful information,but it would not be much good in a stressful situation.being so small the print is very small making it harder to follow.i got this for a first aid reference guide that did not take up any room.i could have spared a little more room than this !!! .it was cheap enough just to keep,might come in handy.

First Aid Handbook
Arrived with a large Amazon sticker on the cover. Essentially making the cover unreadable. It arrived damaged with folded corners, creased pages and it looks like it had been folded and stored for sometime. The contents of the manual is good. It is written in simple, easy to follow words suitable for most (especially if in a panic.) This is by no means a thorough handbook that covers A-Z, but it covers the basics. I purchased this to keep in the first aid kit, so the actual appearance isn’t a deal breaker, but it is something to know.
