Received this machine a few days ago, initially very pleased but after using a few times there seems to be a hot spot on the sealing bar, I am a little concerned that this fault through time will cause air to get in or contents to seep out.In the instruction manual there is mention of a warranty card (I did not receive one).

There were really no good points from my own experience of this product.The one-touch button for Vac and Seal was supposed to perform both functions and I found it stops halfway through and so doesn't fully "Vac and Seal".Used this 20 times and worked once properly. The touch buttons were totally unresponsive, it's one of those buttons where you don't quite know if you pushed hard enough and instead you're listening for the "beep" and now you're pressing the harder and harder in frustration.The heated sealing strip worked ok make bags but the quality is questionable. After several tries the black on the heated strip was already sticking to the plastic bags. I don't know if this is detrimental to the function of the machine long term but it certainly didn't look good for a product that was 20 minutes old. Gave up and sent back for refund, got another model instead.

Easy to use, sturdy build and flexible around different products types to package. Nice to be able to seal and cut bags at the same time or even re-use bags by resealing. Looks good, does not occupy too much space. Slightly noisy in use, but this does not detract from overall strong performance.

Not totally perfect, odd occasion when it doesn’t seal or vacuum properly. But for the price it’s really good value. Now freezer stores at least 30% more than standard plastic bags. Another great thing, no freezer burn anymore.

After about 3 x uses the vacuum function stopped working. I am retiring to Amazon for refund.Really disappointed, but after reading reviews I see a few others have found this issue.Not sure if I would accept a replacement as I think I would just be waiting for the same to happen again.

In love with this item use mainly for storing cheese and meats I purchase in bulk for chest freeezer. Great investment easy to use. Would recommend.

All show and no go , it wouldn't take the air out of a 300mm x 150mm vacuum bag . I have had 3 different types none sounded as rough as this , bit like a chain smoker running up 20 flights of stairs . Waste of money and time I reverted to my old one I was going to chuck out , luckily I didn’t

I never normally write reviews but this is so poor I've made a exception...switches itself off after 3 seals ... takes approx 5 goes to get 1 proper seal..
