Awesome Winter Work Glove
I drive a tractor-trailer in the Midwest and deliver auto parts to dealer loading docks for a living. That means being outside for more than hour at a time. This is my winter glove and I'm very happy with it.Does it keep my hands warm in all temps?Nope. No glove does. That said, 200 grams of Thinsulate does a damn good job. Pairing these gloves with a hand muff gives me the solution I need for my parts scanner, my pen and my hands.I can operate the scanner with the gloves most of the time. When I can't, I take them off. When my hands get cold I put them back on. When my hands get really cold, I put them in the muff with the scanner for a few minutes. Same goes for the pen when it freezes up.Problem solved.A word of caution, they run big. I'm normally an XL. I was an L for this.

Arborist working in the north
I’m an arborist and we own a farm. I work outside regardless of the weather or temperatures. I got these in Nov 2018 and used them immediately during a 6 hour day in the single digit temps. They stayed dry and are holding up quite well even when I’m pulling throned bushes, rugged/rough wood etc. I’ve worked in a deep snow storm already and these gloves kept my hands dry. I have to add hot hands to the gauntlet part when it’s below 20 degrees but that’s because I have poor circulation (my hands are cold even in summer). My only problem with these is that the pull elastic to tighten gauntlet loosens really quickly while working. It’s been a pain if I don’t put my gloves on and then put coat on to keep gloves tucked into the cuff of coat. But besides that, they’ve been great.I’ll update if they make it through this winter season in one piece.

I bought these because of the good reviews, however I was wrong
I bought these because of the good reviews, however I was wrong. They do well above 20 degree's but below that it is questionable. Below 10 degree's forget it. I use them while I am snow blowing and that has only taken no more than 30 minutes this year. By the time I am about done the hands are cold to where I have to go in and warm up to finish what little shoveling I have left. I have gloves that are far less expensive and lower quality that are warmer than these.

Material can melt!
Like the glove, was warm, even in sub zero weather while snow blowing. With light snow in sub zero temps, have been using them with a gas powered handheld leaf blower. The heat being put off by the exhaust of the leaf blower resulted in the material on the sides of the fingers to melt. Didn't realize it until feeling the melting material began to burn my fingers. Great for most uses but be careful around heat such as this.

Very warm gloves with a common problem
These gloves are very warm, fit well and seem durable. With that said the common problem that has been reviewed is true. The liner in these gloves are loose and elastic. It becomes very hard to get fingers into the glove because of liner bunching. the liner pulls out of the fingers when you take your hand out of them. I have to reach inside the glove and pull the liner over my fingers and then push the liner back in. The things I like on these gloves are the addition of the wipe area on the thumb, and the shortened draw cord.(the previous version of these gloves the draw cord is 6"+ dangling down)

One of the most erroneously described products I have ever ...
One of the most erroneously described products I have ever purchased. I was skeptical in purchasing them due to the the number of negative reviews; I should have given the reviews more attention. Received them on a day where it was 6 degrees F outside; they failed miserably. I noticed on the fabric content label there was no mention of any Thinsulate content; nor was there any accompanying Thinsulate tag or Thinsulate logo sewn on a seam (which is normally done). They have a very thin fill to inner insulation when gripping something. If they prove not to be waterproof I would consider them to almost be worthless. I will add a glove liner now to achieve some semblance of warmth.

Traps hand moisture.
Like the glove overall but the inner lining gets wet from hand moisture and can cause lots of heat loss. Don't use in warm weather. Any temp above 15F, your hands will sweat. Also at -10 the fingers are not warm unless you are very active. I use it mainly when I am running my snow-blower so sometime I have to switch out to another pair.

Marginal in keeping hands warm in cold wet weather. ...
Marginal in keeping hands warm in cold wet weather. My hands did stay dry but they did feel damp. Not sure why. The exterior glove got a very soggy feeling. As others have commented on the inner "glove" is difficult to slip into if your hands are damp. It took some time to be able to work all of my fingers into the glove fingers even when dry. Inner lining seemed to fold over, blocking entry into the finger. I would suggest going for the next size up to get additional comfort and maybe allow you to wear a very light pair of gloves for additional warmth. Do not know what type of glove to use that would not bind with the inner material. I would buy another pair when the ones I have wear out.

So-so
Like other reviews say, the liner slides out, so pretty much every time you put it on or take it off, you have to push the finger liner back into each finger. It's kind of annoying. The glove itself is pretty good, pretty durable, but nothing special. The weak spot on yougstown gloves is always the stitching, not the material. Overall, not bad, but not great either.

perfect
I bought these gloves for my boyfriend. He loves them. When he originally looked at them he said they were bulky but after wearing them for a few minutes he said they were perfect. You can move your fingers around in them perfectly. They do not feel bulky when they're on and keep him nice and warm even in Canada's -40 weather. They also arrived before the date they were suppose to, which is nice.

Great gloves! I work in a -30 freezer for 8 hours a night and I don't get cold hands. they are absolutely waterproof, so waterproof in fact that if you sweat in them the sweat stays inside the glove. liners are a must unless you like sogginess! I am very happy with these gloves and will order again, thank you for the great product and fast shipping

Very warm and comfortable
Have bought many pairs of these. Keep you warm even if your hands get soaking wet, the heat just stays in them.
