I didn’t dislike anything! I’ve used it to smoke burgers, other meat, and macaroni and cheese. This had to be the easiest grill I’ve ever assembled because it was manufactured with such great care and quality!

It's my first time trying to use pellet grill. Facts proved that it is the correct decision. For I would have preferred to use the pellet grill now than the gas grill. Gas grill once were my the first choice, because it is convenient, but now no more.When I used gas, I always worry about the gas will touch my food, so I decide to seek the new grill, the working principles of pellets catch my heart. It heats up fast and safe, more importantly than all of that, THE SMOKY FLAVOR ABSOLUTELY COME OUT FERFECT.My family are satisfied with this pellets, and my firends praise the foods which use the pellet grill to cook, highly recommended.

The product arrived quickly and was easy to put together. Ive only had it a couple of weeks and today is my 3rd time using it. It is easy to use. My first attempt was unseasoned pork chops. They had a very nice smoke flavor after just 2hrs. The birgers were great but took longer. So far so good.the 4 stars is only because I don't know how it will hold up to use after a year.

Very good product for the money and I’ve made multiple different cuts. Prime rib, ribs, tenderloin, but wings all were awesome. Did not get 5 stars because my heater box had issues after two months and needed to exchange. Company sent me a new one pretty quick (was banged up from shipping) that works fine. Looking forward to smoking some ribda today. Worth the money definitely

After a just a few cooking my grill started to back burn through the auger into the pellet box. Between these few cookings I vacuumed out the ashes and stored this grill in my mancave that is environmentally controlled with A/C and heat. Now I can't even use the grill. Shortly after I turn it on it will start smoking and about half way through cooking it will start back burning out in the auger and either cut off or start to set the pellet box on fire. I have completely disassembled the grill, cleaned it, and put it back together. It back burned the very next cooking. I tried to contact support, but it wasn't during "normal business hours" so it just hung up on me. I have now sent them an email and we shall see what happens.

Great grill, arrived quickly. One part was missing for assembly. I called # in the instructions and they sent it to me no charges. I have grilled a few times no problems so far.

First off, it is a very sturdy product. Seems to be built well and everything works as it should. My 1 complaint is the "drip tray" just above the heat source sits too close to the food so while cooking it continuously spits black tar lookin liquid all over your meat. I will be lookin to purchase a different product. I have read that the pellet quality has alot to do with it but i've tried about 7 different brands and the end result is the same. I just cooked burgers on it and had to squeegee the black juice from the tops of the burgers once i was done
