This harissa spice tastes wonderful, not too spicy but full of flavor. I use it on meat and veggies and would recommend it for any Mediterranean dishes and really just anything!

I have become addicted to the Harissa spice mix from Collected Foods! It is true! I find that I am putting it on everything! It is even amazing on freshly air-popped, popcorn along with nutritional yeast & a bit of black salt (finding that I can’t wait to eat up the popcorn to glom up the shed spice/yeast mixture leftover in the bowl!) I love the taste of the small batch recipe, and YES you can savor the taste because you don’t have your taste buds blasted with a load of hot chili pepper! I mean what is the point of heat so very hot that it is tongue numbing? —- you certainly can’t appreciate or even differentiate among different spices, especially with some flavors quite subtle! I say bravo, job well done Collected Foods! And yes, I did stray to another less expensive Harrisa dry mix, and yes, the other one did not even remotely compare….it was so freaking hot that there was no telling what was in that concoction! Lesson learned, I hopped right back onto Amazon and ordered the WAY superior Harrisa from Collected Foods, making sure it is included in my monthly subscribe and save order! *Please know that I paid full price for these items and so I can truly say that this is my UNBIASED opinion!*

I love this spice blend. It’s not super hot but still packs a bite for me. I use this blend on a variety of meats and veggies. It arrived promptly and well packaged.

I just ordered my second pouch of this spice. It is a wonderful addition to meats and veggies. Even my picky husband likes the flavor! The rose is very subtle so you get just a hint of it.

What I need to say first is this dish is delicious with the ingredients recommended in the recipe it's a simple dish for Persian chicken marinated in Greek yogurt. It comes out amazing every time. However I took it to the next level when I topped it with some Rose Harissa from collected foods! Let me tell you, the flavor was just such the perfect compliment for the dish! These spices are high quality and so clean tasting. I promise you will love them!

Not what I expected. I've used quite a bit of harissa paste in my life but this one disappointed me. I mixed the spice mix with olive oil for a recipe that calls for harissa paste. The resulting paste was gritty even after sitting awhile to hopefully soften up for a better texture. The flavor was on the bland side. I won't be reordering this product. It was also quite expensive for a fairly small amount of ground spice mix.
