This weather station was super-good value, well made, compact, unobtrusive, user-friendly and provides a clear, nicely-coloured display (which fortunately one can alter the calendar to UK style, from US (which is highly illogical). So it's very versatile, seems accurate enough, and the remote sensor, being white, doesn't absorb the sun's heat as much as black would, thus keeping accuracy in check!The only MINOR criticism, is that the projection clock doesn't have a focus ring feature, making it sharp. It's slightly fuzzy and out-of-focus, but when reading from a distance, doesn't become difficult to read.I also really LIKE the alternating inside and outside temperature readings on the projection display. A great addition and thought having gone into the user experience.All round a great piece of kit, for a really competitive price!

I am very impressed! I bought this to replace a well known make which I had owned for ten years and which had lost its sensitivity to the radio signal and only worked in unacceptable locations!Great display and useful information; the outside sensor is very reasonably accurate (I have a proper weather station) and the display functions are sensibly programable.Good ceiling display. Full brightness is too bright and dim is a bit too dim, but alright. It would be nice if the display could be rotated through 90 degrees as well 180, and even better if it could be focused, but it is perfectly acceptable.Sensitive receiver and very good design that in that it shuts down the displays during synchronisation times to avoid radio interference.Very good value.

Given it's price, this is quite a nice clock. You get accurate inside and outside temperature and humidity; reasonably good weather prediction - at least, not worse than what I get from the Weather Channel. And it displays the time and temperature on the ceiling or a wall - so if I wake up in the night, I can tell whether I should try to get back to sleep or it's close to wake up time. :-)I give it 4 stars only because the automatic time setup, using the UK MSF radio signal, doesn't work. You need to set it up manually and it's a bit fiddly.However, this is the 3rd clock I have that is supposed to receive the radio signal and none of them worked - it might be a problem with the signal, not with the clock.

Easy to setup nice screen the outside unit works well the projector is great and adjustable.

Everything is great about this clock apart from the radio controlled time function. It tries to synchronise every night at 2am and whilst it is doing this it makes loud bleeping noises and the time display disappears. Sometimes it takes hours to find the signal during which time it continues to bleep loudly and doesn't tell the right time. Hence you get woken up in the early hours and you don't even know what the time is! The only way to use this clock is to turn the radio controlled feature off and set time manually. I have two other similar clocks in the house by a different manufacturer and they both work fine.

Bought this to replace a more expensive projection clock that had failed and was very pleased to see how well it works. It's quite small but that's not an issue as they've used the bright display area very well (and you can dim it). Some reviews have expressed concern over the 5 seconds switch between outside and inside temperature but we don't find it a problem.The one quirk is both the projection and unit display disappears for 5 minutes on first use and then every night at 1am, 2am and 3am to allow for quicker recalibration to the radio time symbol. But you can press the light button to override this.All round it's the best projection clock we've had.

Most of the time this clock works just fine. Hence the two stars.Every so often it resets in the middle of the night with a shrieking pair of extremely loud beeps. The display comes on at full brightness. The time resets to 00:00. The projection resets to the default orientation. Your heart rate hits 200 as you are woken abruptly from your slumber in terror.Less terrifying, but also annoying is the fact that it randomly loses connection to the remote temperature sensor for no good reason. And that when it's connecting to the radio signal in the small hours of the morning that the projection is disabled, so you can wake up and not be able to tell what time it is. Which is one of the defining functions of a clock. Excellent design.

We bought this having purchased a Kalawen weather station a week or so earlier. Everything works well except that, as someone who wears glasses all of the time except overnight, I simply cannot make the numerals sufficiently large to be read on the ceiling. I have tried different tilt angles etc. but the problem persists. I am still using the item in another part of the house where projection is not needed.For most folk, this would be a good/excellent purchase. Sadly, I have had to put an old clock projector back into use.

Fácil de usar y muy bonito

Premetto che uso sveglie con proiezione da circa dieci anni, cioè da quando la più famosa Oregon Scientific ideò questo strumento indispensabile: la sveglia con proiezione, da allora tanti modelli con nuove funzionalità e delle marche più diverse si sono succeduti. Possiamo dire che oggi siamo quasi al punto di arrivo (il definitivo sarà la proiezione sugli assistenti vocali da comodino tipo Echo Amazon), oltre la proiezione dell'ora c'è anche utilissima la proiezione delle temperature (sia interna che esterna), sullo schermo (regolabile di intensità luminosa per non dare fastidio durante la notte) ci sono anche le previsioni meteo con tendenza umidità e punto di rugiada.Per concludere posso aggiungere che nel Lazio non ha problemi a sincronizzare automaticamente tutte le notti l'orario con il segnale tedesco DCF77 la cui conferma appare con il simbolo di un antenna sul display, mentre la programmazione è semplicissima (rotazione proiezione, sveglia e fusi orari) seguendo il manuale in dotazione in inglese. Concludo dicendo che il sensore esterno funziona benissimo compresa la taratura ed ha un buon display per la consultazione diretta. Se siete indecisi su modello ed affidabilità allora avete trovato la soluzione personalmente ne ho usati e regalati diversi ma questo è sicuramente uno dei migliori.

Eigentlich war ich auf der Suche nach einer Wetterstation mit Außenthermometer.Projektionswecker fand ich aber auch schon immer reizvoll.Als ich dieses Gerät entdeckte war klar, das muss ich haben.Sieht sehr gut aus, das Display ist schön scharf und hell (kann gedimmt werden).Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist sehr gut und frei von Mängeln.Was mir vorher nicht aufgefallen ist, es hat sogar eine Funkuhr. Noch besser! Immer die aktuelle Uhrzeit ohne Umstellungen.Für die Wochentage im Kalender gibt es sogar deutsche Kürzel, die Beschreibung der einzelnen Elemente bleibt jedoch auf Englisch. Für mich ist das absolut kein Problem.Innen- und Außentemperatur werden korrekt angezeigt. Minimal und maximal Werte können abgerufen werden.Ein Außenthermometer gehört zum Lieferumfang. Kann auf bis auf 3 erweitert werden.Die Wettervorhersage ist erstaunlicherweise sehr zuverlässig und war bisher immer korrekt.Die Projektion schwächelt bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung etwas. Alles andere hätte mich ehrlich gesagt auch gewundert. Ist ja kein Hochleistungsbeamer.Sobald die Sonne weiter gezogen ist (bzw. Wolken davor) hat man eine klare Anzeige.Wecken lassen kann man sich durch mehrere Weckzeiten mit Schlummerfunktion.Ich habe mich für eine Aufstellung im Wohnzimmer entschieden. Nutze diese Funktion also nicht.Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen!
