I purchased these to primarily listen to audio books while I walk and work out so sound quality wasn't a big concern and if I'm sitting still the sound quality is fine. However, if you move around much, even turn your head, the sound will drop out or get muffled. All I can figure out is that the head phones are swapping out which one is communicating with the phone when you move but that's just a guess. At any rate it can be a bit annoying. Also, the battery life is not good. I could get about 3.5 hours use out of the head phones before the case would have to be recharged. On top of that if you put them in the case and 3 bars were showing on the case it wouldn't be enough to charge the headphones and when the case fully lost its charge the headphones would again connect to my phone and I wouldn't know it so any calls/text that came through would be sounding on the head phones laying on the dresser and I wouldn't know it. I'd recommend spending a few extra dollars for a better set if you can.

My daughter wanted samsung buds so I thought Inwould get her these so she would try them out and she really likes them. She is 11 and most earbuds do not fit well in her ears or she breaks the wired ones constantly. These are a win!

I go through a lot of bluetooth earbuds. I normally end up losing, washing, dog chewing, or just breaking one of them. I'm not too picky because I just listen to audiobooks or podcasts. Theses work great once they are connected but it seems like every other time I go to use them, I have to delete the connection and reconnect it with my phone. I would think this was my phones fault but it doesn't happen with any other bluetooth items I use.

I like just about everything with my ear buds, Great Bass, Loud volume, except the length of air time, 3.5 hours is not enough in-use time as I need at least 4 to 6 hours of use.

The young person these were purchased for was elated to receive their earbuds. They are very good quality with quite excellent sound, and the small package they charge in is really convenient.I was really impressed with the value for the small cost, and would purchase these again.Thank you Nakosite.

I like the fact that they are light weight. The sound quality & the size. I love that they charge quickly & that the charging case keeps a charge long enough to charge the earbuds multiple times, approximately 3x, that I have counted.What I don't like is that they don't stay in the ear. After doing some, not so vigorous movement. They start to slip & fall out. They don't stay comfortably in your ear as advertised.

These earbuds sound great, but when you use them to answer calls the caller can barely hear you.

First, there is a flashing blue light that is embarrassing in public and impossible to sleep with. Also, there was a constant hum at very low volume. The only reason this is a1 star rating is because there are no zero stars. One good aspect- that keychain does charge.

It would be churlish to give these less than a five-star review. I saw the gripes about the language issues and right/left issues etc. But, tbh at this price, these wee earbuds are bloody fantastic! Most headphone buds fall out of my ears, but once I got these linked and working I could dance about my house with great sound in my ears, have a phone call and the other person could hear me fine. so, work out the arcan clicks required to get English (2, I think) and only Bluetooth to one device at a time. the instructions are the tiniest I've ever seen..even with a magnifying glass haha..so yes...product makers..definitely increase your font size, but 5 stars for great wee wireless headphones. Will buy as xmas gifts too.

When I connect two earpieces I experience sound dropouts. Sound is OK if I connect only one of the earpieces. I'm inclined to send them back if this fault can't be rectified Does it happen with the new item BBH2433 ?Only one star because of thisHaving used these for a couple of days I now find that i experience dropouts all the time. Playing the same audio file with a pair of bluetooth headphones works OK, so the earbods are faulty. I've sent them back.

Absolutely amazing and not just for the price, great sound great battery life and look great in your ear, only downfall there's no L&R to tell you what ear to put them in, which leads me to my next point, people saying the sound keeps dropping, this means you have them in the wrong ears, swap them round and it stops dropping and plays perfect and just ordered my second pair would happily of paid 5 times the price and still been amazed at the value, thank you

Come in a nice box easy fit .. change fast .. i like u can use to talk on phone ... only problem with them is if u were bouth off them as once there not at same level u need to keep messing with them . One keeps going off . Them up and down . So can only use one

Absolutely awful disconnect constantly, then when put onto charge the battery swells and smokes!Watch out these are cheap for a reason

Connecting was a doddle no issues. Have had issues turning them off and using one singularly. I have to disconnect bluetooth rather than turning them off or i wont get sound through my phone and wait for them to turn off in the little dock. They are quite weighty for my ears and do make them sore after a period of time with having small ears. Sound is good though and havnt fallen out yet. Well worth the price.

Was sceptical at a price of £8.99 reduced from £59.99 but the quality of these for such a price is excellent.

I really like listening to music on headphones, and have tried a lot of different models, unfortunately they have not quite clear sound

My daughter kept asking for a pair of airpods and I refused to pay obscene amounts of money. When I saw these I was dubious but my daughter loves them even her friends who have the genuine apple products are impressed.

Absolutely terrible, can only listen to uninterrupted, un-glitching music when you are completely stationary. I mean even strolling will cause it.Terrible design and I’m baffled that it was this bad. Battery life is probably 2 hours at best.Thoroughly disappointing purchaseWorth more in the bin

No Stars if I could. Item connects to iPhone ok but sound is terrible cutting out every time I move my head be it left/right or up/down. Sound stutters unless I hold the phone close to the buds. It should work fine when mobile is in trouser pocket but it doesn’t. It keeps losing connection and the sound keeps going on and off

Although sound etc was good they were too big in size so not really able to use them!

These arent bad for the price. The sound is really good on them as for the battery life it's not that great to be honest.I was very disappointed that the built in microphone didnt work as well as I'd hoped so I use them only when listening to music.
