Using this over 2 years and it is working absolutely fine. A bit expensive than other brands but worth the extra money spent for its build quality and flawless working till now

The Belkin USB C 6 in 1 Hub Adapter is very useful for my system.

Sharing comments after a year+ of usage with my laptop (ThinkPad). HDMI port + USB port (bluetooth mouse) + power delivery were main use cases for this duration. 1. Build quality is as good as it gets. Metal body is sturdy and durable. 2. Power delivery stopped working after a year. Contacted belkin support as the device was still within the two year warranty, and got a free replacement within two days. ( I had to carry the faulty device myself to the service centre for replacement, along with Bill and Belkin provided RMA). Key was to hunt down the belkin support contact details from their web site and talk to a support agent on the phone, who was able to guide me through the replacement process. 3. There may be other internal reliability issues with pass through power delivery feature. Sometimes (may be when there are power fluctuations), the device has a run away temperature increase, and enters a thermal shutdown. There's no way to diagnose this issue as an end user. This could also be a case of my specific device having a defect, but there are too many reviews complaining about over heating which could indicate a design issue. On the plus side, the full metal jacket on the device body acts as an excellent heat sink to draw away waste heat from the device, so it is expected to be slightly warm during normal operation. This whole over heating episode repeats about a couple of times a month, and is resolved by unplugging the device, letting it cool down, and resuming operation. 4. Never used the lan port and SD card slot, so no comments there. Its hard to recommend this device for casual home users, as the cost is not justified. I'd recommend this only to professionals who'd be making a living with their devices and can afford this device and live with replacing it when it dies (which it will). Even then, if rock solid reliability is required, look elsewhere. The only silver lining is the two year warranty and device replacement process if there are issues.

Good item as expected from brand like Belkin. Everything works well with my iMac 2021 (M1 chip). Have not used hdmi as I have no use case scenario. Becomes warm while using like all other USB C hubs but temperature is relatively lesser than other lesser brands USB C Hub. However I found that it does not recognize SD/TF card when connected to iMac 2021 via Thunderbolt 3.0 male to female cable. All other lesser brand USB C hub however reads SD/TF cards via this Thunderbolt cable. Do not know why!

I got this gadget because my super-fast Type C port was hiding behind the CPU, making it hard to reach. After giving it a test drive, here's what I found: Pros: 1. It looks cool with its metal casing, giving off a premium vibe. 2. It's really light. 3. The HDMI port works well with iPads and MacBooks for connecting to another screen. I tested it with Samsung's 49 Inch ultra wide screen for no issues. 4. All the other ports play nice with iPads, MacBooks, and Windows devices. Cons: 1. It gets hot quickly, specifically when you use HDMI port which worries me about its lifespan. 2. The cable is too short; a longer one would've been better. 3. The cable is soldered to the hub, so if it breaks, you're out of luck unless you're an electrical wizard. 4. Data transfers are slower. For example, a 10GB transfer using my SSD took 11 seconds directly on CPU but 31 seconds through the hub. I normally get 1GBPS speed without using the hub. Whereas, if I use the hub, the peak speed I get is 500 MBPS. It didn't meet my high-speed expectations, although it's not noticeable with smaller devices like pen drives and memory cards. Additional Notes: I had a weird experience when I first got the product. Do you remember windows XP where it always showed a blank E drive even if you have inserted no CD in it? Same thing happened to me. It created two blank drives on my computer for MicroSD cards even though I didn't have any cards inserted. The product arrived with a broken seal, so I exchanged it. The replacement didn't have this issue. It is surprising and raised doubts about its authenticity. I bought it from the "Authorized India Account". HDMI Compatibility: Keep in mind, HDMI won't work with Windows unless your computer can send display output through Type-C. My desktop, which has a built-in Type-C port on the motherboard, couldn't do it. Conclusion: Despite the hiccups, I'm fine with this purchase, hoping the product is genuine. I now use it along with the Jsaux Type-C extender. This setup additionally slows down transfers by 5% but adds a lot of convenience. When speed is of the essence, I just disconnect the hub from the extending cable and plug my SSD directly into it, giving me 95% of the speed I get when connecting it directly to the CPU. Needed an external monitor & webcam adapter for my MB Air. Wanted a reputable brand - saw some posts on reddit about some MBA/MBPs being fried by cheap random brand pass through charging adapters. Have used Belkin before and brand is reliable. Products looks genuine. Has 2 yr warranty - so that's a plus. Gets slightly warm though when using. Even when MBA is closed and sleeping, so I assume it draws power continuously. Working well, but I find the connecting cable a bit short. A bit longer cable would have helped with easier cable management. if you don't want to pay the premium for Apple's original adapter, this is a very good option

I had purchased it for ₹ 7560. The adapter is the only needed adapter. Its HDMI is perfect. The USB C port can not only be used for power but acts as a direct extension to the USB C on my Mac. I can attach a USB to it. The adapter is light and compact, making it easy to carry along. The Ethernet port is also great. It also gives two USB 3.0 ports. I connect a wireless mouse through one of them and use the other for all USB purposes. I use a MacBook (12-inch, 2015 model) and therefore have only one USB-C port and a headphone jack. This adapter solved all my problems.
