This is a great multivitamin. It scored high in the SuppCo App, which gives me the reassurance that it is a high quality product. It has everything that I need at 51 yrs. This also helps cutting down cost on buying multiple supplements. Price is good for the quality you get. Not all supplements are created equal. I started feeling better after taking this multivitamin. I always take it after eating breakfast. This helps me not have that sick feeling associated with multi. Very pleased and great product.

Before buying, I saw a few reviews saying the pill is hard to swallow, but honestly, if you take it with water and swallow naturally without focusing on the size, it goes down just like any other pill. Great vitamins for women

I like this particular vitamin because of the premium ingredients. They have a lot of what I'm looking for in a multivitamin, including supplements for my eyes. I believe they give me more energy as well. They are also more affordable than a lot of other vitamins out there.
