Likes: very beautiful case, handy expandable strap on the back, useful lanyards and very soft and pretty. I also like the slim design of the case.Dislikes: very cheap quality. If I were to drop the phone, I think it would probably be okay, but the point of having a case to protect your phone is to not have to worry about these things. The hardware on the lanyard and wrist strap is very thin and likely to bend or break over time. The length of the lanyard is convenient enough to wear on my neck but not long enough for me to be on my phone while wearing it because it gets in the way. The black material connecting the lanyard to the hook is very thin and cheap and I'm concerned that it'll cause the lanyard to break or detach. Also, the cheap stones lining the case are not a classy touch and are not glued in well. One of mine came off as soon as I opened the package.Overall: I like the idea to have a phone case with a lanyard but it's important to make the product's quality match the quality of the idea. I'm disappointed with the product for as much as it cost.

I've had this case for 2 years and 6 monthsEven after all of the time I've had it and the abuse it's gone though it's only lost 1 of its crystals and it still sparkles & is beautiful. I drop it at least once a day. I've dropped my phone on every thing from my concrete driveway to ceramic tiles. It's landed in every position possible. To be truthful I honestly didn't expect this to really protect my phone when dropped and originally I had a strap on it to prevent that from happening. The only thing that has Happened to it after all of this time is that the rivets on the top of the strap no longer prevent the strap from coming off of them but that's only happened a couple of times. I use the strap on the back of it to keep spare keys to my car, etc on it so I don't have to worry about locking myself out. I also use it to hold onto the phone when using it, prop my phone on my steering wheel so I can watch videos and as a kick stand. I highly recommend this case.

I love this case! I bought it for my Samsung Note 10+. The colors are beautiful and vibrant. I like that you can feel the texture of the flower pattern but the cover itself is very light, not heavy at all. The back strap is sturdy and stays in place when lifted or used as a stand. I would recommend this cover and just might buy another one.11/03/20 I love this case so much I didn't realize the lanyard was missing. I left the seller feedback but haven't got a response yet so I am removing 1 star from my review.

The case is nice looking, but very flimsy. Clip for the lanyard bent within an hour of use. Case is very thin and doesn't seem like it won't protect the phone at all. I only gave it 2 starts instead of one because it is pretty.

I honestly like the whole case and lanyard. I wish there were more colors to choose from. I bought it for my vacation, wrapped around my neck very convenient. I am a caretaker, and use it while working. I love it especially when I don't have pockets.Very cute, and convenient. Works for vacation, taking care of patients, when you have to have a phone on you at all times, and works for my grandchildren also.

Not as sturdy as i woild have liked, not an everyday case to use but good for special occasions.

The strap on the back which allows you to hold phone when needed and the strap for your neck also helfull if you have no bag or pockets.. The design of the phone cover is also realy lovely.
