Solid product!
First time using NRG PRODUCTS, over they feel quality and a bit heavy when instills a bit of confidence that it will last a while. Pre spayed wires made installation easy. Paddles feel pretty solid but aren’t actual carbon. Just the pattern but that’s okay with me. Shipping was super quick cali to cali is probably why though so no surprise there. Was looking forward to getting the air freshener though and definitely didn’t get one lol! Sad day! Great product though would strongly recommend. Vehicle: 2002 Mazda Miata SE @miatatatase

Bought as a brand new item. Received open box and not factory packaged.
No issues with the product. Just annoyed that is was already opened.

The hub is stuck
Well mines came with some problems it doesn’t want come off after I installed it work like 2-3 times now is hard as a rock

Arrived damaged
Arrived damaged, the apoxy on the carbon fiber is cracked and falling off and the carbon itself is fraying everywhere, box was literally thrown into a bag and shipped with no sort of protection. Going to return and just get a black one.
