Nice Zumba toning sticks
These are great for my Zumba workouts. Comfortable to hold. The weight is perfect for when I want to use lighter weights. Good quality. I store them in the sturdy box that they came in.

Women with toned, strong arms rock it!
Love my toning sticks! Just the right weight, size and feel. Not too big, not too small. Perfect! Great with Zumba or any other workout routine where you want that extra arm workout. If you aren't used to using weights while dancing, you may want to start with the 1 pounders first because in a short time, you will feel the weight and you really need to work up to these. You may think they're light when you first pick them up but if you're holding them for 30, 45 or 60 minutes and waving them up high and over your head, by the time you finish, they'll feel like 10 pounds each!

I finally got my own, after having used the instructors. I waited a long time for these to be available. These feel a little different though. I think they are longer, which I prefer. They feel very effective and seem to be weighted just right. When my hands get a little sweaty, I'm afraid I might drop them. The grip is a little slick, but I love them.

A bit heavier weights for Zumba Class. 2.5 pounds each. Much more effective than 1 pound weights. Recommend these. Only downside is lugging from home and back. Not recommended to keep in the car or trunk.
