Not worth it even with the lower price. Weight and thickness of conduit.
Listen to the negative reviews. I wish I had. Amazon has to do something to stop the paid 5 star reviews. No sane person would rate these 5 stars, yet the overall rating shows as 4 1/2. These pipes are junk unless you are making something very light weight and only decorative. You can only catch 1 or 2 threads of the 3 that are cut. I was only able to screw it in the connectors 1 and a half turns before it stopped. Not nearly enough for any kind of strength. I would be afraid to put any weight on anything built with these pipes. The regular iron pipes will go 7 or 8 turns before stopping and weigh 3 times as much. The thickness of these pipes is more like conduit rather than iron gas pipe. These are going back. They should be more like $10 for the 10 pack. Not $32.

Poor Substitute for the Real Thing
I should have believed other reviewers but thought I would give these a try since they had a length that other sellers did not have.It is painted aluminum or some other weaker metal. Threading is poor. Not suitable for plumbing projects and IMHO inferior to there real thing for decorative projects.Returned.

Great for projects
Used this for a handrail project, I don’t believe this is actual iron pipe rated for gas uses but worked great for my build. Keep in mind this color is darker than many of the fittings you find online so if you want a uniform color will either have to paint or accept the color differences.

those are 15 3/4" not 16 inches, and horrible threads
the size was not correct as described, missing 1/4", horrible threads, it keeps turning in the fittings, and doesnt tighten, I had this issue with 3 or 4 out of the 10 I received, I think the threads were damaged, and they tried to re-thread it, so, it got smaller, and doesnt tighten .

lightweight, don't use for table legs.
Tube outside surface looked good, the thread were decent.Wall thickness was a little light.OK for side of shelving, a little light for table feet

Decorative and cheap
These are sub-standard, and not real iron pipes. They just aren't as sturdy as they should be.

Great value. Pipe is thinner than those purchased at box store.

Spend the money to get something quality
These are awful, all of the threads are off so when you attach elbow to them they point in different directions when tightened.
