There are a couple of extra links included to make the band larger, instead of having the extra links already installed. There is a screw-operated punch tool included to accomplish this, with arrows stamped on the links to indicate the direction you need to push the pins out. Re assembling the pins is a bit difficult to get them back to slightly below the surface.Usually watches will have a tiny screwdriver included to use to unscrew the pins, but these are press-fit.The fit and finish of the watch and band are nice, the hands are little hard to see, being black in front of a dark face but you can see them in ordinary room light.Four tiny phillips-head screws secure the back, which looks like will allow easy access for battery replacement.It feels like the wood is polished a little, and there may be a type of wood sealer applied, as opposed to the raw wood we see in the Canadian-made Tense-brand watches. But it doesn't appear to be glossy in a plastic way.Guys could wear this as a bracelet which happens to have a watch in it, if their wrists are not too large. It is lightweight, and as with all wood watches, warm to the touch as soon as you pick it up.
