DeELF 500 ct Clear Card Sleeves 70 x 70 mm Size for Vindication Game

Like many, I opened my game of Vindication and quickly realized that the cards were going to show wear-and-tear very quickly without any protectors on them.I hunted all over the place and eventually found a BGG forum that listed many links to competing products. When I saw these I thought the value was too good to be true. I was skeptical to say the least but I gave it a shot and I am so glad that I did.These sleeves are not heavyweight. They are thicker and more durable than penny sleeves, but not as rugged as some of the big name brands. I think that are perfectly acceptable. They mash-shuffle easily, they feel nice in the hand, and they protect the cards very well. Also, all of the cards still fit in their slots in the box insert!These are clear and glossy, so when the gaming table has a light directly overhead, there can be enough glare that the card is impossible to read if it is sitting flat on the table, but that is easily rectified by simply picking up the card.As for sizing, they are almost perfect. Not all of the sleeves are cut the same size. This set of 500 is broken into batches... of 50 I think? Maybe 25. Each sleeve in the batch is the same length, but the different batches might vary. So I had one entire batch which was _exactly_ the height of the card, so I couldn't even ask for a better fit. But then I opened a different batch and that one was about 1/8in longer than the card. Still acceptable, but not excitingly-perfect. And there are so many different sets of cards, I simply made sure that all cards of a given color got sleeves from the same batch. (so no chance of some cards being detectable in the face-down deck)

I'm glad that this pack includes far more sleeves for Vindication than is required, even with the current expansions. It would be a good price for the amount, but there are two major problems. The first problem I found was that there are creases on many sleeves. Fully half of one pack was completely useless. The second problem is that there are two different heights included. One pack will be just tall enough, while another will be 2mm taller than that. Thankfully, the stacks of Vindication are small enough that it's relatively easy to make sure that the larger decks have the similar sizes first, with the smaller getting the leftovers. This was my first time getting this company's sleeves, mostly because it would ship so quickly and because the price was right. But, I don't think I'd get more from them.

These sleeves are perfect. Those who bought Vindication know that one of the obstacles was finding sleeves to fit the cards. These fit very well with a little bit of leeway so they are not so snug they bend the cards but not so loose the cards fall out. Of course they are not indented to fit the form of the cards as that would pretty much be impossible unless you laminate the cards and cut them to shape.Also, the overall texture of the cards is perfect as they are very clear, yet they are not slippery yet still shuffle perfectly. When you sleeve all of the cards of the base game, they will stand up straight in the insert, but it doesn’t not cause a problem to putting everything in. Box still closes perfectly without squashing or damaging anything.Great buy, I recommend.

The packs i received, weirdly fit snugly Vindication cards, however i tried other 70x70 cards like Power Grid and Compounded, these wont go in.It does say, it works for Vindication, just dont expect to use the extra on other games so you dont be surprised.

The best fitting sleeves for Vindication. They are closer to a penny sleeve but only a little bit sticky. It is a weird trade off do you want premium sleeves or a perfect fit because here you are getting the fit.

These fit snuggly, as you want, and are made of sturdier material than penny sleeves, but not as sturdy as Fantasy Flight sleeves - which is great for fitting the resulting stacks back into the Gametrayz slots.

These do NOT fit cards that are 70x70mm!

These sleeves fit very well and seem like they will last. Another plus is that there are way more in the pack than you’ll need for the game so if future expansions come out or you need some extras you have them! Very good deal!
