Quiet, Cheap, Moves a lot of air. What more could you need.
Huge fan of be-quiet they have been my go to case fans for years. Yes this ones "outdated" but how can you beat the performance for the money? This fan moves a ton of air for how quiet it is. No need to spend 3x as much for the newer versions or different brands. Just get this one and be happy.

One thing that would make this 5 stars..
rubber dampeners. I can't mount this to my AIO because of the lack of rubber dampeners, as I fear that it'll make too much noise. If it had this, it would be perfect.

Quite!
Fit perfectly in be cool case, matching the fans it came with.

Excellent fan!
This fan is installed in the beQuiet Pure Base 600 case. The case came with a Pure Wings 2 120mm 3 pin fan exhausting in the rear position and the standard version of the Pure Wings 2 140mm PWM installed in the front blowing in. There is room for an additional fan in the front and air flow is king at at times so I decided to add this high flow version in the additional slot. In addition there is a Corsair 100i Pro 240 liquid cooler exhausting from the top of the case keeping a I7 9700K cool. In addition the video card is a Gigabyte 2070 Super which of course can generate quite a bit of heat when playing graphics intensive game. OS, programs and games are running off of m2 ssd so there is no hard drive noise. The computer is located about a foot from my right knee and at idle you can barely hear any noise at all from the entire unit. There is a very slight humming/air moving noise the bulk of which probably comes from the rear mounted 120mm fan which is running at around 1000 rpm constantly. The motherboard is an Asrock z390 Steel Legend and the fan controls work perfectly on the 2 front mounted fans. The standard fan tops out at about 1000 rpm and even at that top speed is almost inaudible. The added high speed version tops out around 1600 rpm or so and is pumping quite a nice airflow at that point. It becomes audible above around 1000 rpm but not objectionaly so.I may eventually replace the the original standard version with another of these high flow fans in the future but based on the games I have played so far (Witcher 3, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, the Divinity series, most recent Call of Duty) I probably won't need it.If you need the air flow this fan is a winner and you won't even hear it if you keep it below 70% or 80%.

Great fan
This is the second Be Quiet fan in my system. Quiet fan that can move some air. Only issue was it came with silver screws. Wish they included black screws with a black fan.

Good fan
I put this in as an exhaust fan on my airflow case, dropped my peak temps by about 4 degrees for less than $15. Very happy with it, should have done it sooner.

Great Fans for the Price - Quiet and High Output
I picked up 3 of these to replace some cheap 3-pin Rosewill 140mms I had in the front of my case. These fans push more air at about 50-60% speed, and more quietly, than those Rosewills put out at full blast. At max RPM they absolutely crank, and they make plenty of noise to go with it but the amount of air they move is very impressive. These are best used in the 0-80% range for regular-duty temperatures, like what you will see in most day-to-day uses and gaming. You want to save that top 20% for highly-intensive tasks like rendering video or stress testing an overclock, stuff where keeping temps under control is more important than managing noise. I recommend setting up a fan curve for these that keeps them below 80% for everything but the highest expected temps for your sensor of choice. Think of that last 20% as the afterburner on a fighter jet - you only use it when you really need that power, but you pay the price (massive fuel consumption for an afterburner, big noise for these fans).Overall I'm super impressed with these fans: great airflow, great sound profile, good price, and they have that high-RPM power in case you need it. As of writing this review, these are some of the best fans you can get at this price point.
