why the different packaging? On another site shows a gallon container in red? Is one of these an older product?

As with other products, labeling and looks are redesigned over time. The Red labeling is the old packaging and the pale blue-green is the new labeling. It is all the same product inside..

What's the dilution rate, to fill 32 oz. spray bottle?

Cleaner said 1 c of Glitsa per 1 gallon of warm H2O - figured you'd be able to do the math for whatever spray bottle you choose to use :o).

Is this product good for non shiny wood floors?

I have engineered hardwood floors in a light blond color and a matte finish. The Glitsa worked very well. A neighbor also used it on her floors. They were dark wood and glossy. We were both happy with the product.
