Fjallraven Kanken

I purchased 3 of these (in different colors) from different Amazon sellers and each one was authentic. I went through several steps to confirm and was very pleased that none of them were fake! The sellers were: Amazon, Happy Haus, and Pipeline24. I purchased ox red, royal blue, and leaf green. I am not sure which one I am going to keep yet but am leaning towards leaf green or royal blue! Each of the colors is gorgeous though!! The bag, as others have said, fits a surprising amount inside. I am having my third baby this fall and plan to use it as a diaper bag and I know that I will not have trouble doing this at all. I love that the zipper comes all the way down on the sides - this is what sold me! No more digging! The straps also do not seem to be a problem. I loaded one of the bags up with each of the items that I know I will be carrying and I felt no discomfort from the straps at all. I also tried the bag with my strollers and I love that the top handles work perfectly with stroller handles. Also, a stroller with even a minimal amount of storage space underneath will fit this bag! The fabric is quite stiff at first but from what I hear it softens up with some use. I also read lots of complaints about the side pockets on the outside being too small but I think they're a nice size. They may not fit some larger water bottles but you can easily fit your phone (iPhone 7+ was a perfect fit), sunglasses (a typical ray ban case fits), take n toss sippy cup, and definitely a baby bottle if you need to tote those around. I can see this bag being used for years and years to come and I am sure that I will be back to purchase an additional color at some point! PS - One piece of advice that I found the most helpful in determining which bags to purchase when I was worried about buying fakes was that as long as its a prime item you will likely be ok and that was definitely the case!

I had no problem with the Kanken backpack so far. I bought the navy backpack, it arrived within 3 days and it was in perfect condition. My friend bought her orange Kanken backpack from this seller and recommended me to do so because it is a lot cheaper from the Fjallraven website. After seeing many bad reviews on fake kankens I was worried that I would get the fake Kanken. But seems like I received the real Kanken looking through other review photos between real and fake Kankens. I recommend researching carefully for the Kanken that you like before purchasing it as there are fake Kankens around.I like the bag so far, just the color looks a lot dark than the photo here, but I think its the material that is dark. Maybe I have to hand wash it in order for it to look lighter. The Kanken is actually bigger than I expected, it fits my 13" MacBook pro, my school binder, some pencil bags and there are 2 side pockets are 2 bottles of water. I am very satisfy with it so far. I will use it for both school and traveling because it is smaller than a lot of my backpacks.

I'm using this as a diaper bag and it fits my changing pad, diapers, sanitizer, diaper cream, wipes, extra clothes, snacks, pacifiers, sippy cup or bottle, toys, my make up bag and wallet perfectly! The fabric is Very durable! This is not soft but exactly what I was looking for. The straps can fit over by Britax b stroller handles when we are at the parks. I must say the handles on top are more handy than I thought. I can grab my bag fast and go. I think it's stylish and my husband likes it too.

Best backpack ever! It looks smaller than your would think but there is plenty of storage inside! Its also very durable. I've been using mine for months now and I will be for years to come! And the two straps on top are super convenient! I've also recently bought the mini version to use as a purse and I'm loving it as well!

I've had this bag for two semesters in college, and it can definitely take a beating. It's a LOT roomier than it looks; can hold a couple thick textbooks and a laptop, plus more. In addition, the distribution of weight across my back is excellent. I used to have so many issues with backpacks hurting my back in the past, but this one feels as light as a feather while holding improbable amounts of weight. My only complaint would be the gradual emergence of loose threads around the zipper area, but it's not a major concern. Overall, love this bag and if I had the money, I'd buy more!

The backpack is perfect. Only disappointing thing is the colour - but it is not the fault of the product. I chose the 'royal blue' colour because on the photo I saw a real royal blue product. Then in the list of my chosen products an ordinary blue backpack appeared. I decided to order it because I thought it must be a wrong picture and it has no effect to the particular royal blue backpack. Unfortunately, an ordinary blue backpack was delivered.

I got this for my daughter for her birthday as she requested. These are neat backpacks, I am thinking of getting one for myself. I like the shoulder padding and the option to carry with the handles at the top of the bag. The material is sturdy which is perfect for her since she is so rough on things.
