Very outstanding brightness and color
The product packaging was very precise, the bulbs came with ballast and instruction for wiring the kit to your vehicle. Though, I recommend others to have the capacitors and relay for better function. Each car has a different type of bulb housings. For my 2016 Dodge Charger SXT, I was required to drill a hole in the middle of the dust cap to keep the wiring nicely tight and fit. When wiring, always disconnect your battery to reduce malfunction and never ever touch the bulb with bare hands, use gloves to protect your bulb.

UPDATE: It takes them 1 month to warranty them
Not even 5 months in on a truck I barely drive and one side has already failed. One side had to be turned on and off repeatedly to get it to come on. Save your money and look elsewhere.UPDATE: I sent the company a message they were faulty, they sent PAID postage for me to return them. They received them on December 14th and now have told me that they won’t even be sending out replacements until January 3rd, so by the time I actually receive them, it will be a month with no headlights. Bad product, worse customer service.Update: Its January 29th and I still have no replacements and no refund

Opt 7 delivers the goods.
The kit came quickly and packaged well. The install was straightforward with zero hiccups. There was a slight variation in the color temperature of the supplied bulbs, a quick email explanation to Opt7 and they shipped out a new set immediately at ZERO cost to me. How is that for customer satisfaction? The 55 watt blitz kit throws a lot of light and the products are quality. Follow directions and you will have no issues, if so Opt 7 will definitely help you in any way they can. DO NOT TOUCH THE HEALIGHT BULB TUBE ON ANYTHING OR WITH YOUR HANDS. Take your time when installing the bulbs, that is the most important part.

Overheats
The ballast got incredibly hot in a matter of minute. I've never had a working electronics to get so hot. It was too hot to touch. I doubt the ballast would last. And what is the point of getting a 55W kit if 30W are lost to heating the ballast instead of going to the bulb.Returned it.

Would not recommend this purchase
You get what you pay for I’ve only installed them a week ago and one of them is already out I normally put H IDs on all my cars this is the first time I use this brand and it was a waste of money

You get what you Pay for
They look cool if you can get them to work. They are super bright as you would expect but i spent more time replacing bulbs and checking connections because they would take turns working for no reason i could find. I eventually got tired of fighting with them and waiting on the parts to come in from the manufacturer so i replaced them with oe style bulbs and have had no issues since.

Received broken ballast
Received broken ballast and the other ballast only lasted 2 month. Poor quality control. Skip this product and save your money.

So I removed my other HID kit to install this new one, setup was easy... After I installed the new kit one side went out literally 2 mins after so I swapped it out with one of my old ones just so I would not get pulled over by CHP.. 4 days later the other side went out as well, can’t be my truck because I've had previous HID kit for more than 6 months..
