Brilliant idea, shame about the price
What a fantastic idea this is. I like to read in bed until the early hours and was looking for something to support the weight of a heavy hardback book which this does brilliantly. The bean bag itself is so light it sits easily on your lap and a bonus for me is that it means I tend not to cross my legs to help support the book as I used to do, so my posture is improved too. It even has a little pocket in the side for your bookmark/pencil/phone or specs. The handle on the top is a clever touch as it means when I lie down to sleep I can hang this over the corner of my bedpost and it is there ready for me the next time I need to use it. This is a great product, the sort of thing that makes you wonder how you managed without it!So why only four stars? The price! I would love to know the unit manufacturing cost of these but if they are selling at £25 each someone is making a very fat profit, thank you very much! I hope to see more competition creeping in so that the price will come down to something sensible. An elderly friend of mine was going to order one but decided against at this price. That is a shame as I know it would benefit her enormously. Perhaps she will get one for her birthday ...

The price of this small beanbag seems quite ridiculous but I decided to buy one and see if it made life easier for me and I have to say I absolutely love it.I have a variety of health issues and holding a tablet or my kindle always gets to be too difficult,they become heavy or my arms and hands start to really hurt after a short while.Now I can have either propped up on my tiny beanbag and I can poke at the screens with a small soft ended pen which is making life much nicer.The material is good quality and its very well made,I'm so glad I decided to bite the bullet and buy one regardless of the price.

Poor quality for price
Thought this was expensive when compared to others but thought it looked quality so bought one. Absolutely ideal for my tablet and kindle. But in first couple of days kept finding the odd ball. Examined it to find a 2 inch gap in seam, thread looked as if had been cut. Could not be bothered with hassle of returning it so just stitched it. However, will not be buying any more from this company as i was planning on getting a couple more as presents. Inspection for quality control needs improving.

I have to agree with all the comments about the price because it does seem overpriced for a tiny bean bag BUT no one forced me to buy it. And I'd spent fruitless hours searching for a lap stand or cushion for my new iPad Pro 12.9 and could find nothing suitable so,against my better judgement, I bought one and I love it ! I was very sceptical when it arrived,didn't believe that I would entrust my very expensive new toy to this flimsy scrap of fabric filled with a few beans but I've been using it a few week now and wouldn't be without it! It does indeed hold my iPad Pro in its case very comfortably on my lap,in bed or on the table and I would certainly recommend it. Well done iBeani !!

Wonderful - but with limitations
Totally love this. I saw it in a shop inside the Cancer Centre at Guy’s hospital and immediately thought - ah I’d like one of those. I wanted a red one (which they didn’t have) so bought this from Amazon. It is so very comfortable to use and is so much better than holding it in my left hand between thumb and forefinger (gets a bit sore). My only wish is that I had two and didn’t have to remember to take it upstairs from the sofa every night. A really brilliant idea.Update - the iBeanie lost most of its support. It wasn’t at all easy to open (a good point) and amazingly I have poured in four large gravy boats full of beans from my bean bag (I’m pleased I had one to hand or would have had to buy more beans). Definitely a great idea but keep in mind it needs refilling to stay supportive. I wish now I had bought a cheaper version.Further update 21 April 2019 - I have had to another four large gravy boats of beans.

Great item
I love this and I would recommend anybody thinking about buying one to bite the bullet re pricing and just do it. I looked at some others on Ebay and although they might be similar and cheaper, the quality of this one is great and I’m glad I didn’t go for a cheaper version. Cover is well made, good cloth and removable, with a pocket for earbuds and the little handle on top is a nice touch. In general terms, this is a godsend for an avid reader/Netflix watcher who doesn’t want to end up with a permanent crick in their neck!

Best Fathers Day gift
I bought this as a Fathers day gift as my Father in law was having heart surgery so thought it would be good for his recovery when he got home. He told us this was the best gift we ever gave him. Not only can be put his iPad on it to watch tv but he also uses it as a cushion to protect where his scar on his chest is, from when he coughs, goes in the car and lying in bed he even hugs it. So fantastic gift.

Love at first sight :))
I could not wait to take it out of the box!Just received it and fall in love with it. I can not compare to the similar ones, so....I know it is a bit expensive but...for me it was woth itI am sure its made with love. It is beautifull, no weight at all, very nice stiching all around, lovely labels, practical pocket, lovely hook on the top.It holds my air2 and pro10.5 securly, steadily in any viewing angle in any of my position. Lovely packeging. My only tiny down side, it is not washable. I do not know is it because of the material of mine... I will be very carefull so probably do not use it in the kitchen. (maybe in the future any possibility to have a waterproof or washable extra cover option. I would by one. )Thanks Ibeani!
