I love this stuff. I add a little scoop to my chai or chickory root tea and it adds a delightful level of spice and sweet plus an extra bit of body (I like my tea to be a little closet to coffee tbh). It's easy to use and you can adjust the scoop you use to your taste. I really enjoy it.

You will love the natural sweetness to it, very mild but enough to make drinking water go down easier. Mixes in quickly, I add it to black coffee because Im fasting and it cancels bitterness in coffee. 1 jar only lasts a week here because it makes you feel better, alive, clear! I have been drinking WOTA Yerba Mate tea for years. BTW, I find Wisdom Of The Ancients to be an excellent company and like all their products. I usually buy the loose tea and brew it that way because the loose tea is much more economical than the tea bags AND with loose tea you can adjust the strength to your liking. However, I like this product because it is so much easier and faster than brewing the loose tea. I only give it 4 stars because the flavor is milder than what I am used to with the loose tea, but still very good. I will buy this again when it runs out. I will also still buy the loose tea when I can find it, but the loose tea is getting harder to find in the brands that I prefer.

Forced to buy this in lieu of the apparently discontinued tea bags. Tolerable but instant tea tastes more like Liptons then Wisdom of the Ancients. Really hope they bring back the tea bags.

We love this healthy ice tea! Just add a little stevia for sweetness and ice and you are set!
