This is an all-around good product. The Nutricost Creatine Monohydrate Micronized mixes well, has no noticeable taste, and does exactly what you expect. Great value for the price and a reliable option for daily use.

My son suggested I start taking creative monohydrate because studies have shown that it helps with memory for those of us getting older. I chose Nutricost because I use a number of their products (whey protein and vitamins) and have been happy with them. This dissolves easily (I put it in my protein shake or in my electrolyte water during workouts) and there is no taste. The recommended "dose" on the container is 1 scoop a day (which is 5 grams); but, my son and doctor have said that I can take up to 4 scoops a day -- taken intermittently -- I should just start with one scoop a day and slowly work my way up to 4. I've been using it since January, have settled on two per day and actually have noticed that my recall is better. It also helps with my workouts! With 200 servings in a container this lasts quite a while....and the cost is not prohibitive or excessive.

I am really getting to like the Nutricost products. I have used, and am very happy withy their electrolyte refresher. This has no taste, so I can mix it with anything I want. I just mix it with the electrolyte powder to make my after workout drink in the morning. It dissolves easy, no negative side effects. and is so much easier to take than the number of tablets I used to take to get this much creatine. From what I can see and have experienced, I believe it to be very high quality. I will continue to use this as long as I continue to workout.

Extremely fine and fluffy texture, like powdered sugar. Dissolves way easier than the standard "sand-like" texture and even some "micronized" options from other brands, like Optimum Nutrition. You get much less grit at the bottom of your glass if it doesn't all dissolve. (A little tip: Using warm or hot water will help it dissolve even better, regardless of the brand or texture.) ​Since it dissolves easier, it should be easier on your stomach and intestines. But be sure to drink plenty of water with it; that helps prevent the osmotic effect and diarrhea that can happen if you don't stay hydrated with the sandier stuff. You need the extra hydration anyway for it to do its job. ​Enhances the "pump," gives you fuller muscles, and helps with intracellular energy production and hydration. This helps you crank out a couple of extra reps and recover faster. ​Something worth noting: you may experience a little bit of weight gain in the beginning. That’s normal. It's just water retention as extra fluid is held and stored within the muscle cells—it isn't just "bloat." It actually serves a purpose.

I noticed better endurance during workouts and slightly improved strength over time. The powder itself is micronized, so it mixes pretty well compared to cheaper brands. It’s unflavored, which is great because you can add it to water, juice, or protein shakes without messing up the taste (though it does have a very slight chalky/bitter taste if you drink it plain).

This year I’m taking up my fitness journey serious and decided to try this creatine. Absolutely amazing, tasteless easy to digest, gives a great energy boost and helps me focus better on my workouts. It’s doesn’t taste or smell bad and work pretty well as long as you drink lots of water.

This creatine works perfectly. It mixes well, has no taste, and delivers solid results. I’ve noticed improvements in my strength and performance at the gym. Plus, the price is very reasonable for the quality you get.

Really like this Creatine Powder. It isn't the brand I usually buy but figured I would try it when I came across it when shopping for other gym supplements. I have used it for a few months now and have had no side effects and haven't seen a difference in the energy boost that it gives in comparison to other brands I have used. So far it is a pretty good value for the money since it has proven to be a good quality product.

Does the job perfectly. My husband and myself - moving closer to 80 - are noticing a difference in brain clarity. We are able to think quicker. Muscles ( shoulders) are forming with our weight exercises. Our memory has improved. No side effects . Taking 15 ml in my coffee.
