Brodie: A Western Romance (Texas Rascal Book 8)

Two hurting hearts were healed by love. I really loved the hero Brodie. I understood Deanie's drive to win back her home that was ripped away from her when she was just 7 years old. Both Brodie and Deanie's fathers did a lot of damage to their children and families and caused a lot of hurt. It's amazing that both Brodie and Deanie turned out to be good people deep down. I'm so happy that together Brodie and Deanie found love and a home and a family. True love is healing. This is a deep emotional story with a wonderful happy ending.

I like he storyline and love the Texas Rascals books, but this particular one isn’t my favorite. Brodie seems to be a hard-working, intelligent man. He senses something isn’t right about Deannie and should have followed his intuition, but he doesn’t. When Deannie found herself actually falling in love with Brodie, she should have told him the truth.

Wow! That''s the first thing that came to my mind, after finishing this story. There were so many emotional moments, but a lot of happy moments to balance the story out, too. Deannie set out on a mission of revenge, but she got way more than she ever bargained for. Brodie was a straight shooter, and one heck of a gentleman. He had every reason to feel duped, but he was a man so in love he was able to forgive Deannie, instead of turning his back on her.Now, that's what I call true love.

First I must say I love love love a happy ever after, especially with an epilogue that gives just a bit more. This stories has all the feels and left me with a huge ....awwwww! It made me laugh, gasp and even a but angry. Such a great read and read it very quickly!!!! Ya just gotta grab a copy, your favorite drink and curl up for just a few hours to fall in love with this book!!!! ENJOY

It is always interesting when I return to Rascal, Texas. This time we meet Brodie and Deenie. Both of them had a less than ideal childhood. For reasons you will learn when you read the book, Deenie is bent on revenge. She thinks her revenge will be sweet. What happens when her conscience tells her otherwise. I loved every minute of this book and was sad for it to end.

I started this series out of boredom, found it to be a great quick read (each book). I now see that there are several more to go, so guess I will have to buy more. The story line is simple in each book, but moves smoothly and I can read it in one setting. The whole series is good, just takes time to get all the books.

This author knows how to grab you and not let you put down the hooking story till you have finished. That's how good it was. Once it starts, it pulls you into it! You get hooked and wanting to know what happens next. So you have to finish it but still want more.

I still dont think I have ever read a bad book written by Lori Wilde.This series just gets better with everyone that I read!!!
