Neutral needed, Works perfect.
Great switch, wired it myself, Neutral wire was needed.Easy installation, Just took minutes. It easy to pair with the app and Alexa and works well.I already had the Smart Life app linked with my Amazon Alexa account and immediatlly after I paired the switch Alexa recognised a new device. I can now turn on or off the switch just with voice commans, so cool!Recommend 100%.

Disappointing network connectivity
I was impressed with this switch to start with so ordered a couple more. Two are in use but keep falling off the network regularly, even with a good strong WiFi signal. I cant rely on them to automatically switch our outside light on and off. Must say that I'm disappointed.

Looses the network always
I did connect to alexa and network. But this frequently unable to connect to the network, again I had to do the connection, it looses again in a day or two. I cannot use alexa if it is disconnected. I would not recommend this switch.

Dont spend $ on this!
I have 3 of them, and all 3 continuously losing connectivity with Smart Live in 1-3 days, the only way to connect them is to add them form 0. and I did 4-6 times (adding to APP) same result, changed WIFI device, the same result.Support! ZERO, not helpful replies which just telling me to reset it and add it again in APP.And now I'm using them as simple switch!!

Smart switch for alexa

Makes my life easier
Very easy installation ,works perfectly. I use my Alexa to control it and have never had a problem with it.it's also very simple to touch manually . Excellent WIFI smart switch!

Perfect, Easy to fit, clear instructions, looks good. Would like them everywhere in the house now!

Unreliable
Switch keeps on dropping WiFi signal and works random googled the issue and lots of people have the same problem unreliable
