Bought it due to research I've seen to help boost my test levels. Well, I've been taking this for a few weeks ( one cap daily) now along with a test booster that has mixed ingredients but contains Boron as well and from the research I've seen the percentage of Boron daily I'm taking between the two is right on to help naturally build test. I take a lot of vitamins as well that state naturally boosts testosterone, Vit B3, Zinc, Magnesium etc... and it seems to be working great. I'm 46 now and as we all know test levels normally start getting really low at my age and beyond which make it hard to lose weight and build muscle which is my goal. I had my testosterone blood levels checked last week for the first time and I was amazed to find my level of total test at 900. Wish I would have taken the blood exam prior so I knew for sure how much this might be increasing my levels but, I say if it ain't broke at this point, don't fix it.lol. So I'll keep taking it. I heard this might help the excruciating pain I was having in my elbow. Could be Tennis elbow or just arthritis. Not sure, but it was inflamed for months. I started taking 3 capsules of boron a day along with Turmeric Capsules and my pain went away. To test if it was actually the boron, I stopped taking it for a few days in my pain came back. So I take it everyday now and no more pain in my elbow.
