Instructions were not helpful at all. Pictures did not match and instructions were barely in comprehendible English but I figured it out. Set it up in about an hour and a half. Put it up on my concrete driveway and put two of them back to back to give more space. Plan on using it with soft training balls and not hard balls. Also figured out how to unattach the corners so I can slide the net up and down to get in. Can be reattached with caribinders. I am pretty happy with the price. I finally built my dream cage for my son to practice. With this configuration you CANNOT use hard balls as they will hit the house siding and damage fence.

We have had this batting cage for a little over a month.1st it is awful to assemble2nd the poles have already broke3rd the second wee we had it, my daughter hit a ball, and the net just tore open. She was hitting off of a tee4th since the 3rd incident there are several more holes in the nettingI would expect this cage to last more than a month without being unusable.Im very disappointed in the quality, in this case, you get what you pay for...

Although the net stops the ball from flying out, it is not sturdy enough to withstand the ball's force. I had to use another batting net to protect this Net. I had called customer service to get a net patch for a section that the string became weak. They replied "please send us a picture" and I replied why bothered. I fixed it with plastic ties. It is not the greatest net to buy.It does come with a case, which is useful to put away during the winter.

As you know, assemble is not the easiest. Sturdiness is great. Durability, well I've had it for about 2 months now and probably assembled it about 2-3 times. Today I noticed that one of the fiberglass poles that support the arch, is shattering. Duck tape does wonders for now. There are some spare parts that came with the package. I was just wondering, what happens when I loose another fiberglass pole? Thank you, Purchaser/User**UPDATE: Getting a hold of customer service was slow at first. Super flimsy. 2 poles were split when we unboxed it, 1 broke during setup. could be a very good product with better parts.

This batting cage has been great for pitching Lite-Flite baseballs and softballs with the Jugs pitching machine. The only issue we have had is the durability of the support poles. It came with an extra, but we have now had more than one break. Customer service has offered to send us replacement poles at no charge!

Got this cage for my daughter to get batting practice at home. If you want convenience, ease of assembly, and value, this is the one. It comes in a travel bag that is quite compact, also included are extra poles in case you have one break. I had a fiber pole break and customer service has been great. They are sending me a replacement. Would not hesitate to buy again.

I purchased 2 cages and connected them together to make it 26 ft long in total length. The setup was not too difficult but the instruction was really not clear. I pretty much had to follow my instinct to put the cage together. You will need probably at least 2 people to hold it together during the assembly. My son is able to use it daily now and he likes it. Given batting cages and most of the practice facilities are closed due to Covid-19, this is a good alternative for batting practice.
