A real upgrade from the 6" low powered that I had. This HB went up the inclines I walked before
1. the mounting and dismounting is much safer than my prior hv. Way more balanced.2. Way more power, the inclined on the trail were all conquered where before I would stop and carry board.The things I wish to change would be a bluetooth on/off. It is very loud when first powering on. And if I dont want to play music it will make a loud announcement when turning on or off.

Fun but not as beefy as product description makes it sound
I got 2 of these for the family. Im 210#. Wife and kids much less. This excels with my 7 year old and is actually all terrain for her. The 125# 15 year d, not so much.It does handle bumpy pavement and asphalt like a champ though and even hills less 2 degrees up or down. Beyond 2 degrees, pick up and carry… unless you’re 7 years old

Will power on and take off on its own
Oreder the unit little after a month it would power its self on. After a few days it would no longer charge. Soon as you plug it in everything comes on and the board tries to take of full speed. Tried to contact Amazon for replacement heard back week later said it was past the 30 day return. SORRY. Tried to contact the seller with no resolve. Not sure if you don't stad by your product month out ??.

Not what I was hoping for
This is not an all-terrain piece of equipment. It's underpowered and jittery on any surface that isn't smooth concrete. I didn't expect to be able to climb mountains with this thing, but I did expect it to be able to handle a hard packed gravel driveway. It gets hung up on sticks as small as a pencil. For true off-road use, I think 10-in air filled tires is the way to go. I'm going to try the swagtron t6 next.
